I bought tokens on 02 December 2025. As from the 4th the display on the prepaid meter stuck on a number. I called the contact number on the message received the day I purchased the tokens 0800 014 942 and the assistant gave me a reference number 25596101 and advise me to call the municipality. I immediately called the municipality on the 8th on number 084 857 2980 to report the prepaid meter. I received a notification that noted. As from that day the prepaid meter shows E07 until now. Who can I ask to assist me with error on prepaid meter. I am a pensioner and need assistance.Today is the 22nd of December 2025.........

I have been 4 days without electricity because of a faulty conlog prepaid device, that is faulty at the electricity street box. Logged calls every day. The DA tried to help. But still nobody is being send out to help. Emalahleni must be the most useless municipality in SA... maybe we must just stop paying our accounts...

i logged a call on the 24th July at 7h00 am to complain that my water meter box is leaking and the pipes are making funny noise I WAS Given reference number 0006 and till today i have not seen any technician to come and fix it. I have been calling the call center and they all escalating it. imagine i have been without water from then.

Terrible service. Electricity has been cut off at my residence by mistake. I've reported the matter to the municipality and I've been following up with no assistance at all. It's our second day today without electricity with my family in this cold weather. Their service is terrible

More than excellent service from Thabo khaba. always anwers his landline phone number, always kin to go the extra mile without being asked. with more than 22 years of being a property owner, never came across such Municipality excellence. to all Emalahleni Management, i hope you realize that you have Gold with this employee, kindly consider him for any available promotions.

Horrible service from the enquiries desk. Got 0 assistance from some black lady speaking isiZulu in Afrikaans. I hope you see this you horrible person, umubi unjalo nje, ***ken biltong! Give that job to someone that actually wants to work & will treat people with kindness. You were also rude to an elderly lady in front of me - umubi inside & out.

Emalahleni Municipality, is the worst in Witbank. Standby team is just a nightmare, they are never there to assist, no one from Municipality is ever helpful, they must just give their jobs to someone or people who need jobs, coz their just not helpful nje.

this is what our water looks like, it stinks very bad, makes us sick, how must we brush our teeth, bath, do dishes ect in this filthy water? 99% of the time we alao have no water
