I bought tokens on 02 December 2025. As from the 4th the display on the prepaid meter stuck on a number. I called the contact number on the message received the day I purchased the tokens 0800 014 942 and the assistant gave me a reference number 25596101 and advise me to call the municipality. I immediately called the municipality on the 8th on number 084 857 2980 to report the prepaid meter. I received a notification that noted. As from that day the prepaid meter shows E07 until now. Who can I ask to assist me with error on prepaid meter. I am a pensioner and need assistance.Today is the 22nd of December 2025.........
