Horrible service from the enquiries desk. Got 0 assistance from some black lady speaking isiZulu in Afrikaans.

I hope you see this you horrible person, umubi unjalo nje, ***ken biltong! Give that job to someone that actually wants to work & will treat people with kindness. You were also rude to an elderly lady in front of me - umubi inside & out.
