VFS Global & Embassy of Croatia

I was battling with VFS Global for visa applications and lack of response from them. Eventually called the Croatian Embassy who was extremely professional and incredibly helpful. They requested that anyone who is having problems with VFS Global, do contact them so that the Embassy is aware.
