PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>I contacted Embroidery Junxion a week ago requesting a quotation for T-shirts, embroidery and branding of coffee mugs.  I did not receive any feedback from them after i had sent them an email so i contacted them telephonically and was told someone would get back to me. NOBODY returned my call. I contacted them again on Monday 22 May 2017 once again to find out why i have not yet received my quotation and again was told, "someone will get back to you..." NOBODY has bothered to return my call or bothered to reply to any of my emails i have sent requesting a quotation.  Embroidery Junxion clearly have TOO MUCH work for them to follow up and send quotations. I find this service pathetic and they can definitely do without my business. All i asked for was a quotation...? I would shudder to think how they actually conduct business... SHOCKING!!</p>
