I have a Pet Policy and a Health Insurance Policy with ONEPLAN of which i pay R1478.51 for the Pet Insurance and R2215 for my Health Insurance. I had to take my French bull dog this week to the vet for a severe ear infection which cost me R3346 of which ONEPLAN ONLY PAID R350 ONLY TOWARDS THE BILL. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE - I CANT EVEN PUT THAT AMOUNT TOWARDS PETROL. Then yesterday i wanted to claim for Over the Counter medication and use my Oneplan policy for that but was informed that "your annual limit is exceeded of R315 so what ONEPLAN IS DOING IS TAKING YOUR MONEY EACH MONTH AND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR YOU, THEY HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONTHLY PREMIUMS BUT WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING IN REUTURN, "SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU" ATTITUDE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ONEPLAN IF IT WAS THE LAST INSURANCE PLACE ON THE PLANET. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

I placed an order for a drum kit on 26 November 2025 and have still not received it and it is 13 December now, i sent an email asking why it is taking so long and this is the response i got. We are still waiting for "parts" from the manufacturer for the Smart watch. I DID NOT ****ING ORDER A ****ING SMART WATCH!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I POSTED A COMPLAINT EARLIER THIS WEEK ABOUT MR PRICE CLEARWATER MALL AND THE INCIDENT I HAD AT THAT BRANCH - SHOCKING DISGUSTING PATHETIC SERVICE. MANAGER OF THE BRANCH - MELISSA SHOULD NOT BE IN A MANAGERIAL POSITION AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROBLEM I HAD - ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO MR PRICE HEAD OFFICE AND GET IGNORED - NO RESPONSE!!!!!
I went to Mr Price Clothing at Clearwater mall on Friday 6 June and purchased a T shirt for the amount of R149.99 but i was charged twice for that amount on my bank card. I disputed this with the cashier but she was completely unhelpful and my situation to her didn't seem to matter so i demanded to see the manager. The manager Melissa came to see me and i explained to her and even showed her that my card was processed twice for the amount of R149.99 and i simply wanted a refund. I was told that was not possible and that i would have to take it up with my bank. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I demanded that she contact the bank and dispute the transactions and request a refund. This was NOT resolved and still NOT resolved!!! IT IS NOW SUNDAY AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND?????? I CONTACTED MY BANK AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION AND WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS TWO TRANSACTIONS FOR R149.99 BUT NO PROCESS FOR A REFUND FOR THE SECOND AMOUNT AND NOTHING WAS ACTUALLY DONE BY THE MANAGER MELISSA. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THAT MR PRICE AT CLEARWATER AGAIN, THIS SEEMS TO BE THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS BY DOUBLING TRANSACTIONS ON CUSTOMERS CARDS AND THEN BLAMING THE BANK FOR THE PROBLEM!!!!!!! ********* AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

I told her i was NOT going to leave the store until i received my refund for the second amount of R149.99 so she contacted the bank and advised them of the situation but was later told that the R149.99 will be "eventually" refunded to my card and gave me an excuse that it was the "banks" fault and not on Mr Price. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I CONSIDER THIS TO BE *****!!!!! I was advised by Melissa to contact my bank and have the amount reversed. I contacted FNB on Sunday 8 June 2025 and was informed that NO RECORD of this refund/re-imbur*****t was noted and would be processed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO MR PRICE - CLEARWATER AS THIS SEEMS TO BE THE WAY THEY CONDUCT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS BY PROCESSING DOUBLE AMOUNTS TO A CUSTOMER'S BANK CARD!!! I AM OPENING A CASE OF THEFT AGAINST MR PRICE CLOTHING CLEARWATER! AS FOR THE MANAGER, MELISSA SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT MANAGERIAL POSITION AS SHE WAS MOST UNHELPFUL AND REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION.
My husband and I both went to see a Doctor at the NHC in Honeydew about 3 weeks back as we both had flu. We arrived at the NHC and weren't even greeted properly, the first thing we were asked is "how are we going to pay? Are we on a medical aid? And there is an extra charge of R350 being a Sunday. We had made the booking on the Saturday night and no where on the website booking form did it mention anything about an extra charge of R350...? We have been patients of the NHC Honeydew for about 15 years and surely by now the people that work in reception already have all our details on file, our medical aid details etc.???? NO! We were not even greeted but they were so concerned about payment first... DISGUSTING SERVICE! We then went to see a doctor and i had all my chronic medications with me so i could get a new script for another six months but when i asked this doctor he REFUSED to give me a script and told me to make another appointment with another doctor......? WHAT UTTER ******* AND PATHETIC SERVICE! So basically i must now pay another R600 plus more to see another doctor just to get a simple script when i had all my meds in front of him but couldn't assist me in that matter. WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR IS THIS THAT REFUSES TO GIVE A PATIENT THEIR CHRONIC MEDS..???????????? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, PATHETIC SERVICE AND WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO NHC HONEYDEW!!!!
