Unsuccessful loan

In the month of May 2023 I made contact with a loan company called Emergency Cash loans based in the North West.....they requested a copy of my ID 3 months bank statements and a payslip all documents was send and I was then advised that the loan for r30000 was approved however I need to make a payment of r4158.00 for legal documents then I made the payment on 26/05/2023 and then I was then advised that the loan amount will be cleared within 45 minutes After I made the payment while awaiting for the loan amount I was then advised that the payment was placed on a stop order by the ITC as my credit score is low meaning that I need to make a further payment of r7200 to get the amount of r30000. On the 29/05/2023 I explained that I was unable to make the payment of r7200 and due to bereavement in my family I would like to cancel the loan application and I would like a refund however untill today I still have not received any feedback regarding this request.
