Live wire and fires and after reported no action

After cables on pavement set on fire 10 years ago and we reported it nothing happened to fix this. Same story 3 years ago and 1 year ago we sit without power and report the problem with live wires on pavement in busiest street in vanderbijlpark with lots of foot traffic and yet we still get ignored a d threatened if we fix it ourselves we will face fines and jail time. Buy after 24hrs of waiting we go ahead and find short term solution hoping emfuleni will come fix it permanently. Also street lights in Rossini boulevard has been out of action for over 12 years and it's becoming more dangerous ro come home at night.
