Horrible, horrible service experience with a bunch of ****s. They messed up their logistics so proceeded to lie and blame it on me. My order is late to being delivered, the deadline has come and gone. That is something that could be easily justified, I’m very easy going, it’s not the end of the world. I wasn’t updated at all, so I called the original company I ordered from. They told me for sure my order would be delivered today and the courier company would be in contact. No one contacted me, gave me a time, confirmation, nothing. Still fine, whatever. I take off work to be available, I wait the whole morning, no one. So I call the original company I ordered from and they are also trying to understand and find out for me. She says they said they tried to call me 3 times and I didn’t answer, which I told her wasn’t true, I’ve been sitting around waiting. She tries to put me through to them multiple times, both the landline and personal phone. They don’t answer even her. Who actually doesn’t answer their phone?
Then I get a call from the most stuck up woman at the courier company. She asks to schedule a date for tomorrow, I say no, what happened to today? Her words to me in the most chuffed with herself, most condescending voice were “Well you see you didn’t answer your phone my angel, so the driver had to leave do you understand that? Next time answer your phone.” Excuse me? Who are you speaking to like that? Are you my mother?
Just admit you messed up your logistics, went over the deadline and my order isn’t ready to be delivered. Don’t you dare put the blame on me instead and be condescending and rude as if this is a fault of my own? A whole new level of low I’ve never experienced in my life. Luckily, I checked the security cameras from outside my complex for the morning she said the truck was outside waiting for me, and to nobody’s surprise, no truck to be seen anywhere, not even on the main road from either direction. I asked for the proof of the phone calls she made to me which of course she was so chuffed to say “No problem! I’ll get that to you.” Still waiting for the proof, let me guess, doesn’t exist? Oh also, she said to me she called me once. Crazy, could have sworn you told the original company I ordered from you called me 3 times?
Not to mention, the work day wasn’t even close to done by then, Bloemfontein isn’t big, bring it now then since you finally got ahold of me? Or is it actually still in Joburg?
****, what a ****. Disgustingly unprofessional behaviour. If you fail to meet your service delivery then own up to it and rearrange, don’t you dare blame the customer and make up things that didn’t happen.
Still haven’t received my order, nothing. My R18 000 couch is just lost I guess? So you send the most self-righteous woman to speak down to me and lie about me? Pathetic.
