From Sam the salesman, Caz the finance lady and Manager Viren from the used car division, I must place on record the very professional yet personal attention I received. Not my first dealing with them and I was reminded again why I keep going back and keep referring friends and family to this reliable and trustworthy family. Everything possible was done to make my experience as good as it can get. Thank you again guys.

I'm sad that I'm forced to do business with Emond Auto. After my last extremely poor experience, I can't seem to get anyone to explain why they didn't tighten the bolts to my control arms and struts when I bought it in for replacement. It sounded like my wheels were going to fall off and I had to take my vehicle in again another day. 30 seconds in to the ride Lennon identified the issue. This was the last of a list of painful experiences with Emond Auto. Now my problem here is that I was assured that Tracy or Dave Emond would get back to me. Nothing. When I called in again a few days later, the receptionist told me she doesn't understand why they won't return my calls and that she's passed the message on. Since you won't reply, perhaps a request here on hello peter is how I get your attention My next vehicle will be something other than a Subaru, purely due to the level of service I'm getting from Emond Auto which is the only authorised Subaru workshop in Durban.

I bought a pre-owned Subaru Forester from Emond Auto in 2023 and I am impressed with their customer service. Once a year Sandile Ndlovu, the salesperson phones me to find out if I am still happy with the vehicle. This is unheard of, in the car industry; very impressive!

Excellent experience and service at this dealership. The salesman Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth sailing encounter. Vehicle, licensing and financing was done with ease and grace.

I bought a Subaru Forester in 2020 March The car was a demo with only 17000 on the clock, it’s a 2.5 XS Premium Lineartronic 4WD. Have replaced bearings twice on the car already, the car uses excessive oil and has now seized the engine. I’ve reported this issue many times during my service but was never attended to. The car overheated in August and blew gasket and damaged the engine. I have yet to receive a report from the engineer and the manager of what happened and why. I have had a number of meetings with the manager but still no resolution. I am very disappointed and will never buy this vehicle brand and their service is horrible and very unprofessional. I have now escalated this matter for resolution

Hi I really wanted to write a good review for Jonathan Evans from the Suzuki Edmond Auto Durban branch. The service he has provided me with has been consistently excellent on all 3 occasions that I brought my car in for a service. He should really be commended and recognized for the excellent way that he deals with his customers. It makes a huge difference to customer loyalty! Thank you Jonathan

A Big Thank you to Emond Auto, a division of Suzuki - North Coast Road, for your support and assistance on the 60k service due on my Suzuki Baleno. I was due for the final service on the service plan in 2020 during lockdown, however my vehicle did not reached the 60k service although the 4 year term was up. Due to the chaos during lockdown, I had lost track of my service plan and was advised by Suzuki Umhlanga that I had no alternative but pay cash for the service. Emond auto assisted me with options and advised that they will send a motivation/ appeal to Suzuki SA to assist. A initiative which was not suggested by Suzuki Umhlanga at all! Their appeal was successful and I am ever so grateful, coming out of 2020 lockdown was difficult financially. Another thankyou for swiftly ordering a new headlamp in 2019. After many complaints to Suzuki about the moisture in the headlamp being a "normal occurrence" but I had requested a 2nd opinion from Emond Auto who noted it as a default and swiftly ordered new headlamp and was later successfully fitted. As a lady, I must admit, when dealing with issues regarding my vehicle, I get very nervous, but the gentleman at Emond Auto always maintain a professional and helpful service in every department from Service agents, technicians and management, they take time to explain and advise and find the best solution to assist. Again Thank you!
