Professionalism
I saw some facial products and I was amazed by how they advertised on their website,plus the packaging is awesome.I ordered and I received communications about my order through my email, everything was perfect no hassles plus they keep in touch with their WhatsApp business number aswell.Products arrived, when I unpack I realized that one jar was broken glasses in the product,I panicked and became frustrated.I quickly called them to inform them about the matter,they handled it professionally.In the next two days I received a replacement of the broken jar, I love how they run their business,how they respect their customers and take care of their needs I would definitely buy again from them and even recommend them to others
