Stopped for lunch at mall of the north branch,saw a special burger and was told one of the item to make burger is not available,chose a drink were told that one of the ingredients to mix the drink is not available 💁🏾waitress suggested a meal similar to the one on special,meal came chips already seasoned with spice and was very salty 🤥they are not even considerate about people's health and we were not even informed about them being seasoned in kitchen.People have allergies, hypertension and stress because of too much salt.I was so dissapointed, restaurant no longer the same I believe even the person cooking no longer receive additional training about food I will never eat at any maxis because of that salt,why even serving burger on plank and paper 🤮🤮what happened to your plates.
Clicks complaint resolution team is the best, I bought diapers and realised that I'm entirely not satisfied with them,as I use them every month that pack was the one with problems.I lodged a complaint and they were very helpful in resolving the matter and professional.They ivestigated my matter thoroughly and resolved it well They then send me a replacement pack, I was really happy.Thank you very much team.
I ordered everything I needed that's on black Friday special or catalogue,the website is user friendly and functional to the best of its ability.I was able to load everything In ny cart and made a payment.They send emails and messages, to inform me about my order , courier and everything necessary.I am really happy with the experience I would definitely order online again and even encourage friends and family to do so because of the amazing service.
Ordering online and on App is the worsr nightmare, nothing ever completes.You add things on cart App doesn't checkout, you delete and Redownload you atleast get lucky and buy now you must pay you are surprised by an error that you can't pay if problem persists call the call center.Do not ever waste your time and energy on them . I'll never ever place an order online with them,first rime horrible experience.
