Fundamentally inaccurate sales pitch
How disappointing to have purchased from Fundamentals skincare and entered the code for the clear cosmetic organiser, and to have received nothing. In future, perhaps set your payments page up to reflect when the FREE GIFT is now out of stock (even though I purchased extremely early in the day when the last 50 cases were advertised) as I may not have made my purchase after all. I had already purchased other items earlier in the week. A clear manner in which to drum up extra sales (but leave a client bitterly disappointed) I purchased additional products and paid for shipping twice in one week just to get a case for my daughter for Xmas.

Unstable website
I logged in this morning at 8.30am to start preparing for the sale and the competition for the vanity. Filled my cart, the vanity was added. Proceeded to checkout and for the last 20 minutes I am getting error after error. This is utter nonsense. Don't encourage customers to come support your business when your website is lame. I am so highly disappointed. I planned so well for this specific giveaway and black Friday sale and it did not serve me at all. I am still unable to check out my cart. This is terrible customer service!!

Get yourself some fundamentals skincare
What a pleasant experience. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order. The packaging was really aesthetically pleasing, they included a guide on when to use the products and a cute little gift. My skin is loving the products too, my skin is dewy and glowing. I will definitely be making another purchase 10/10 no notes

Exceptional products ,Exceptional quality, excellent customer service! Thank you to Tumi and her team for assisting in getting My products to.my door in record time after a courier service handed it over without any pin or signature from me! The products are affordable and worth every single cent. Fundamentals is the bestie you've been looking for all your skin care days!!

What an amazing brand. My second time ordering from them. Quickest delivery I have ever experienced, and the most gorgeous packaging. The products speak for themselve! Definately sticking with this brand

Missing Item
They would have received a better rating had they not missed an item in my bundle and refused to answer any emails, WhatsApp and calls. Will not order again.

I am so please with this product range. My mature skin that also has uneven skin tone loves the fundamentals skincare range. After 3 months, my skin is plump, bright and supple. The price point for these products is unbelievable. I have incorporated the alpha arbutin serum, peptide moisturiser, lactic acid exfoliator and the ceramide moisturiser into my routine. All that I can say is ...chef's kiss.
