What a pleasant experience. I received my order within 2 days of placing the order. The packaging was really aesthetically pleasing, they included a guide on when to use the products and a cute little gift. My skin is loving the products too, my skin is dewy and glowing. I will definitely be making another purchase 10/10 no notes
I made a online purchase and got confirmation of delivery on the 28th of November. Today is the 2nd December and I still not have my package, I have been trying to follow up but I can get through and speak to an agent. I tried to call skynet multiple times but to no avail. Why is Vodacom still using Skynet because their service is very poor!! No way a company as big as vodacom is using such an unreliable courier company, terrible experience.
I received an SMS letting me know that my package would get delivered by 5pm, they sent another SMS at 20:44 to notify me that the delivery attempt failed. When I tried to call them to try and get assistance the lady I spoke to told me she doesn't know why they can't deliver my package today. I cannot get ahold of them now because the line extension is at capacity. Tried WhatsApp, but the person just stopped replying. What kind of business are they running. I don't understand how customer service people can just decide not to reply to customers, what is the point???
