If I could rate the call centre agents a 0 I would. The most pathetic service. I had the displeasure of speaking to two consultants who 'hear but don't listen' .. they have no sense of urgency whatsoever .. please don't use this company.

Thank you to Tumi and her team for assisting in getting My products to.my door in record time after a courier service handed it over without any pin or signature from me! The products are affordable and worth every single cent. Fundamentals is the bestie you've been looking for all your skin care days!!
Online Store sucks!!! I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers for a friend's kid...upon arrival only to find out the 1 pair were 2 left feet ? I contacted that and they apologized and they requested I fill in a form for collection , I obliged and sent it through only to find they don't respond.. it's been 6 days..
Best courier service so far ! Ordered a phone on the 14th from Bash ,received yesterday. Great service ,great timing given its the festive season and everything is delayed.
I thought the courier guy gave horrible service ,Aramex takes the cake!! 😑 I literally had the worst experience with ARAMEX, To trim a long story short ,I placed an order euth estee lauder .. about a week later they sent me a tracking number etc .. the delivery van passed by on Saturday 3rd Dec, they drove around in our complex and didn't try to even contact me , when I seen them driving out, I ran toward my gate and they just ignored me ,i tried contacting their chat line and their call centre ,which continually put me on hold ,3 days later they delivered my item to a lady I had jo clue who she was .. when finally getting in contact with the call centre. The agent advised that I should walk around the complex which is really large and find out who the person is.. when a correction was finally made ,the package I received was opened and the driver refused to take it back. I am beyond appalled dealing with such a time consuming, tedious process.
I promise you. This company gives the WORST customer service ever! Their consultants are rude & abrupt ..they have no people skills or customer service skills. I called multiple times for my package and was advised on the last call at :4.50pm that "I should still receive my package by cob which I kid you not is 5pm!,low and behold ,I am still waiting for my package. " pathetic.
I am utterly disappointed. Not with the store but the staff at Dischem Steeledale, even tho I feel this is going to be a waste of time as the business never responds, 3 weeks ago I went into dischem to buy my usual facial products that I need to clear out my skin, they didn't have stock of my usual product and advised I used a brand called bionike, I took their word for it and tried the product, R700 and a whole break out later, my skin is in the worst condition, I am so embarrassed, I have cysts that needs a dermatologist. I am truly disappointed
A week ago, I made a complaint to the so called service manager at rain?! They were gonna send me proof of my billing statement of how much I used from their router and sim, even tough it was unplugged and canceled, They went on to deduct twice, which I have queried and they cannot give me a straight answer, I have emailed multiple times and they sent me a screenshot of a billing statement which can be just anyone's? I email them to no response, they said a week ago, on this platform they would correct it and investigate here I am still waiting
I am absolutely disgusted by rain, I cancelled their services a month ago because I went with another service provider, they went on deduct the funds from my account, they claim I have been using their router and they still deducted, their agent and manager has no customer service skills what so ever
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE TRUWORTHS GROUP AS A WHOLE, I PAY THEM MONTHLY AS THAT IS MY FIRST AND FOREMOST COMMITMENT, HOWEVER LAST MONTH I PAID THEM VIA MY CAPITEC APP AS PER NORMAL, A DAY LATER THEY WENT FORTH TO HAND ME OVER TO MBD? I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE PROOF OF PAYMENTS, WHICH THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF DON'T SEEM TO SEE ATTACHED TO MY EMAIL? THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING AND NOT TO METION DISGUSTING, MY CREDIT SCORE US NEGATIVELY BEING IMPACTED DUE TO TRUWORTHS NOT HIRING PROPER STAFF!?
