What an amazing brand. My second time ordering from them. Quickest delivery I have ever experienced, and the most gorgeous packaging. The products speak for themselve! Definately sticking with this brand
So 2 x hellopeter posts, uncountable calls to the call centre, and the Woodmead branch itself and still 2 weeks later I don't have all my items!!! What does it actually take for Makro to assist you and sort out their mess? I have never encountered such poor service and lack of interest from the staff in my life. I will complain on every platform until this is resolved. Makro your lack of service is shameless
I am still battling to get my order sorted, 2 weeks later. I was called saying they would process my refund, only refunded one of my items. I am still waiting for the 4 x other items to be refunded. Customer care can't assist. E-mails are not being answered. So again, payment was made for ALL products on my side. Quick to take the money but prepare yourself for a battle when it comes to refunds or service of ANY kind. Makro has rep**** privately to my previous post, but still not resolved. I also have some of my items coming from Makro Woodmead as per the call centre. I called Makro Woodmead myself and I was assured that my outstanding items would be delivered last week Friday, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I am stunned by the poor service Makro provides. This will be the last time I order from Makro. We wanted to order new appliances over the weekend online, but if you can't process an order like the one I placed correctly, how can we trust you to process a bigger order. I am sure I still wont be assisted as we are going on the second week of this back and forth now
Absolute worst online shopping experience ever!! Ended up not delivering half the items I ordered advising that they actually don't have stock. Part of my order still not delivered, no one able to tell me when this will even be deliverd, and no one can tell my what is happening with my refund. There is NO point in phoning the call centre, Really regret using this service and won't be a returning customer. Quick to take your payment but thats where it stops

Worst online shopping experience ever. I am a regular customer of MR Price but have opted for the online shopping experience as a time saver. I pay for the PARGO option as delivery is usually quick and collection is super easy. I have a package that should have been delivered on the 1st (that was meant to be a present), no one can tell me where my package is or why it hasn't been delivered, seems like once the money is received, service goes out the door. One lady at customer care told me that it would be delivered the same day (1st) and another told me the best they can do is send an email. So how is this ok? Should I just accept that I have paid for something that I will not be receiving as no one seems to be able to assist? This is completely unacceptable and will MOST DEFINATELY no longer be a customer of Mr Price. This will definately not stand
The absolute absolute worst. my phone was stolen on Saturday, they are unable to assist me with a sim swap, I have spoken to at least 6 agents already, who were meant to phone me this morning at 08:30. I have been advised that virgin mobile no longer have shops that can assist me, I am now at the mercy of telephonic consultants. I am now sitting without a working number, unable to do any work, and have children that are unable to get hold of me. this is not acceptable service, I can't wait to move away from virgin mobile as no other service provider is this pathetic
Worst service department I habe ever dealt with in my life. I have been battling for 3 days just to book my car in for a service. No one answers the phone and numerous messages were left. Pathetic
