My Money has technically been stolen

So based on everything that ive read on Hello Peter i guess im not alone and maybe should have done my research before buying from them . Basically i ordered a Arcade machine cabinet from them in October 2019 . Floyd was the person assisting , I actually decided to call them to make sure they had the machine design i wanted in stock before i paid , Floyd rushed me and said for now yes but you need to pay in the next 10 Minutes to reserve it , which i did offcourse , The machine was to be delivered to me a week after that , think i ordered around the 20th of October , From that day on I never again received a single call from these guys updating me on my order or whats going on etc , I would call and get another excuse every week . December i decided to request my money , Sent mails etc to everyone and actually got a mail saying we will refund your money ,Still today ive had so many stories and my last feedback was from someone called Justin i think saying my Money was to be paid on the 30th ... which it was not . And i have to keep running after them . marlin isnt too helpful either was trying to convince me to take another machine and then went Missing the last few weeks . basically i believe ive been scammed but I plan on paying them a personal visit this week and see what happens Warning to everyone out there thinking of buying from these guys . there are a lot of happy people even on facebook . they've even switched off wall posts and comments . They have no consideration or idea of what customer service means
