Failed to do their work representing Labour Relations in our Business

EOM so called handle our labour relations, they did not do their work with reagrds to a CCMA case and neglected to attend a CONARB meeting on our behalf. A award of R80 000 (6 months salary) was offered to the employee as EOM didn't do their work.
