I purchased an Elba from one of their resellers 2 years ago who can't help me as I don't have proof of purchase, even if I did have a proof, there is no indication of the serial number on this proof. TOTAI is the place name who does Elba SA and they refuse to help me.
EOM so called handle our labour relations, they did not do their work with reagrds to a CCMA case and neglected to attend a CONARB meeting on our behalf. A award of R80 000 (6 months salary) was offered to the employee as EOM didn't do their work.
I bought an X5M with license plate JPZ 846 MP in 2018 brand new out of the box from Leo Haese BMW in Centurion. For 3 years now we have never changed brake disks, only brake pads. In November 2021 they changed the brake disks @ 52560km. We experienced a very bad screeching sound straight after the disk and pad changes and when I spoke to the technician at BMW he simply told me that the brake pads compounds are differing some hard soft extremely soft etc. that they receive from the supplier. I accepted this as I am not technical. I took it as the answer, we don’t drive the vehicle much and when we did this screeching continued and went away the whole time coming and going. A coupe of months later it became unbearable, and we took it back in Feb 2022 @59261km they replaced the rear disks only a couple of km later @59421km they replaced front disks as screeching continued. A few months later in June 2022 @64938km we took it back only 4000km later with the exact same screeching that we hoped would have gone away, my wife drove and accepted it as the norm. They looked and said brake disks and pads need replacement again both front and back which means their workmanship was sub standard and they put in secondhand disks etc. and thy probably took the new ones and sold it underhand and now refuse to do it under motorplan as they say it’s customer abuse!!! My tracker reports show zero harsh braking, so how can BMW argue against a tracking report? And my wife drives it only? For 3 years all is ok, they change the stuff and now all of a sudden we are abusing the car, my wife drives it if it’s been driven. I have tracker satellite tracking in all of my 15 vehicles. 10 of these vehicles fall part of my fleet and harsh braking is easily detected by tracker. I have the report for my X5M vehicle and not one harsh brake took place for the period. Your technicians here at Eastview BMW Emalahleni in South Africa made a mistake and don’t want to own up to it else they need to pay. I have purchased 4 M models from BMW so far and a total of 10 BMW’s. Why would I be the abuser now? 3 years clean and now within 6 months all disks and pads replaced???
I was offered a certain amount for my trade in, there was a shortfall and when I asked where it showed on the contract the salesman showed me the M Performance Exhaust amount which I accepted, he also had me sign a blank document and said he would fill it in for me, when the final paperwork reached me they added R 50 000 plus to that amount and filled all this info in on that blank document I signed. I took it up wit the dealer principal, he acknowledged the wrong doing and offered me R 10 000 discount off the purchase of R 38 000 accessories at their branch. I didn't accept it and then he said he will give it to the ombudsman.

<p>Someone blacklisted my phone and vodacom said its bad debt and accounts says never my rating credit wise is excellent. Filled in forms to whitelist now they say wait 48 hours it might take longer, spoke to 5 different people with 5 different answers and then they realise blacklisting is due to theft etc and suspension is due to bad debt and im neither of the two, please get competent people who can whitelist and who can understand difference between blacklisting and suspension and innocence!!!!!</p>

<p>Telkom has network problems in our area and in 2014 late I reported it, they sent out a technician a month later who saw the fault and 8 month later they confirmed with a Network Reference that I can cancel all my contracts with Telkom which I did and then month end came they penalized me, I phoned and went into the direct store as the lady at 180 said I must go and then Telkom realized that the system automatically puts on a device penalty fee and then they reversed it only to double up on it the month after and since then Telkom has messed my account up, I have references galore for them to fix but they can't, Lebo said the top structure of Telkom mobile is in shambles. In the meantime Telkom got some debt company to deduct R1500 a month off my account to makeup for their mistake I reversed it and then they decided to deduct R15000?????? I reversed it and month's later now they have blacklisted me that currently have a very high credit rating. They suspended lines only to unsuspend them month later and I have made no payment as the account is TOTALLY WRONG. TAKE MY NAME OFF THE BLACKLISTING!!! You cannot black list anyone with informing them first</p>
<p>my data number is 0823212594 and I have been battling to get my apn unrestricted and have have contact with Billy at the shop as well as a Kim person and some incompetent person who can't read by name Candice per email from vodacom, sending me an apn unrestricting form which I have filled in a month ago by the shop with billy and got a reply saying it's activated (IT'S NOT) and then after a sarcastic reply she asked me for my contact number even though it is splashed over my mail in my signature, please get people in the back office or helpdesk that can read, help me please in this totally uns****ed country????<u></u><strike></strike></p>
