Bad service and workmanship
Very bad experience. Took in a very expensive Elba gas stove for a check and service. Took almost 2 months, and I had to check in with them. When it was eventually ready, they never did all I asked. Fetched the oven, now, a few weeks later, the oven does not ignite with the button. The main burner on top also not getting enough gas through, which is supposed to be the speedy burner, is now the slowest burner. I will not recommend or support them at all. We are 50km away from them, now I have to take the oven back for checks, on my cost again.

DO NOT BUY TOTAI
Bought the 90cm Totai gas/electric stove just over 2 years ago. The timer switch broke after only one year. It was replaced under warranty. One year later and it is broken again. This means the oven cannot be used. The quality is terrible. The oven door is coming loose. It is impossible to get the parts. The Totai service centres are extremely unhelpfull and none of the big electrical outlets stock the spares.

DO NOT BUY TOTAI

Gas stove
Good day I tried to order parts from Totai for my gas stove which is 5 years old. They made no effort to help me. They just told me they would let me know if another part came in. Didn't say we were ordering or anything. Will never buy a Totai product again.

Good day I tried to order parts from Totai for my gas stove which is 5 years old. They made no effort to help me. They just told me they would let me know if another part came in. Didn't say we were ordering or anything. Will never buy a Totai product again.

I ordered a glass lid for my Totai stove in December last year, took them 3 month to finally supply the lid, it arrived today and to my surprise it was not new and will not fit my stove

TOTAI -ELBA SA - Not honouring their guarantee
I purchased an Elba from one of their resellers 2 years ago who can't help me as I don't have proof of purchase, even if I did have a proof, there is no indication of the serial number on this proof. TOTAI is the place name who does Elba SA and they refuse to help me.
