Very bad experience. Took in a very expensive Elba gas stove for a check and service. Took almost 2 months, and I had to check in with them. When it was eventually ready, they never did all I asked. Fetched the oven, now, a few weeks later, the oven does not ignite with the button. The main burner on top also not getting enough gas through, which is supposed to be the speedy burner, is now the slowest burner. I will not recommend or support them at all. We are 50km away from them, now I have to take the oven back for checks, on my cost again.
Tracker app and website tracking offline, and not for the first time. I have 3 vehicles with your devices in for my small business, for obvious reasons. Now, I cant track any one of them. And everytime you call, we just hear "sorry for the inconvenience, we are working on it" Well, that is NOT good enough - I need to know where all my vehicles are at all times. Last one installed just last week with a 3 year contract. I will cancel and stop paying if my stuff does not work the way they should - not a warning, it's a promise.
Extremely bad service. I have spent 1000's of rands in your shop. Very regular and loyal customer, unfortunately, the same can't be said about your shop anymore. I purchased a set of batteries one of your guys suggested. Explained by him how to charge and discharge, (not the 1st time I buy new batteries – I KNOW how it works) the batteries is faulty. Went back with the batteries, they tried all sorts of technical BS just not to exchange the batteries. Even tried to tell me my device is faulty, must charge in a normal charger, bought one from them at R180 ( total rip-off, as I saw the exact same charger in another shop for R60) Used ONLY this charger, batteries is even worse than they were. Popped in this morning to buy some coils and Juice, and told the same guy about it, but to no avail. Got VERY rude, and extremely unprofessional. I for one, will NEVER spend a cent in your shop again, and do advice people to think twice before buying batteries from them.
Again, money out on a daily basis and NO ONE can be of assistance. Capitec empty promises Capitec need to UP their security. Constant online debits off of my account. Went in, they cant help me due to the fact they do not know who it is from. Today alone 20 x R16.99 deductions from some Google londen thing. I do nut subscribe to anything - EVER. Over the last year or so lost R1000's due to different transactions, always between R100 and R200/transaction. So much so as soon as money gets into my account, I tranfer it, or - use my FNB. When you call the customer care - useless. Post on their Facebook page - they delete it

Super Rude personell. Absolutely NO decency and telephone eticet. Teach your staff how to be friendly and please learn them basic telephone eticet when speaking to customer, after all, it is US paying there salaries in the end. We spend a **** load of money in your store, and being treated like rubbish - NOT acceptable
Extremely unprofessional and RUDE attendants, especially on weekends. They think they are doing you a favor to do their job, super unfriendly. If you dare to ask them just to be a bit friendlier, they get aggressive. 3rd Sunday in a row that we have to deal with this ****, 1st myself, and twice now with my wife. Jonathan, the previous guys that worked there, always made it a pleasure to quickly stop there, as it is on our Route, but will never stop there again, Absolutely pathetic
Pathetic over the phone service. Consultants very unprofessional and super s***htfull. Just got rain activated, when calling due to NO reception, the guy on the other side, after already playing 20 questions, imagine, you have to call them 2 to 3 times due to their incompetency in like 10 minutes, and have to answer a gazillione security questions, frustration already running super high. Then, after removing sim and do all they say, they will keep on repeating everything, when you ask them not to repeat everything, they will be spitefull and put you on hold, for minutes at a time, disregarding the fact that we are using prepaid airtime, which cost us money
Monday morning, went into spur at Atterbury Value mart for breakfast. At the waiter's reccommendation we ordered hamburger special. Only to find the buns is old and hard, and waited more than 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. This is the worst experience i ever had in a spur
