Sad sad service Emthanjeni Local Municipality De Aar/Hanover

I wish a negative star can be given. No service or the least can be given ******* officials and workers. You have to give meals so they can do there jobs they get paid for. So they can come out and pull our drains old sewage system, communities many have complained.

Somethings needs to be done. How does one run your business if basic things that's our constitution right.
