CRUEL ENCHANTING FRAGRANCES SOUTH AFRICA

I purchased 4 fragrances last year November 2024, I made a follow-up with no luck. They only responded this year Feb. 2025 when I was requesting for my refund & they informed me that "the parcel is on the way" I told them to cancel the order, It's long over due. We'll they decided to disregard my request & courier the parcel. I informed the delivery guy to return the package back to the sender because they're very aware that I want my refund. I've been making a follow-up with no luck. They are ignoring my email & they blocked my number. These people are cruel, how I wish I read reviews prior purchasing.
