Dishonest and unfair labour practice

We are a compliance inspection company and were asked by ENDERSTEIN VAN DER MERWE INC to issue, electrical, plumbing, beetle and gas certificates. They transferred on our certificates, but when it came to paying us the response was;

There was a huge shortfall on this transfer, even so that we could not take our fee as per our pro forma account.

Mr Nobaza still owes us funds as well, but lost his job and have no income. I have written off my fees.

Do not work for these people, they are dishonest attorneys and you wont get paid. For those of you who don’t know, They also part own Propertycoza Real Estate – working through and closing the chain of agent to attorneys. Propertycoza not much use either since they poached my admin staff and started their own compliance shop.

Disgusting unfair practice and we taking this all the way to the Estate Agents Board and law Society.
