Iam struggling to understand the process of being release from the contract , Applied for bond under we trade properties . I signed an offer to purchase from them . which was not even explained properly used legal jargon, for the houses in INDIGO HEIGHTS , proposed plan . of houses which are not yet built . and received a bank approval from ABSA that is in principal not yet final . The OTP form doesn't have signature of the seller . but Im told the contract is binding . the reason for my cancellation .I dont afford the houses in bluedowns at all my salary is not enough to pay from R7000 house got lots of debts under my name . I am looking fro cheaper housing option as for the one approved .The application is preventing fro making any future. bond applications
