I have been experiencing unauthorized debit orders from Cell C over the past months .I have never taken any contract with Cell C . But you continue to steal money
Iam so disappointed and disgusted with Vodacom . The level of service offered . They have breached contractual agreement ..I had with them. I bought two phones. At Game store Somerset mall . I assisted by Sales rep from vodacom, bought them on contract . I was told the deal, is you buy two phones for one price for a period of 24 Months. The price was R200 then ,I signed contract. It's been 6 Months now .I'm overcharged more than what was agreed on . I call the finance department at Vodacom. I couldn't get any proper answers, or an explanation for this . It's been 6 Months now still no amicable solution or help from.Vodacom. this is the last resort before I can contact consumer Ombudsman.
I have issue with We Trade Properties , they applied for homeloan. Which was granted conditionally.In principle , the loan was for developement in Blue downs known as BlueCentral. The agent refuses to withdraw my application the Bond Originator by the name of Alan from WeTrade Properties. I would like to know why is it difficult for the Bank to withdraw this Bond applications. I visited the branch in Tygervalley the consultant told me .this needs bond originator in order to be removed .Although Absa admiited that this application isnt registered and is not final approval subjected , to Bond valuation. This application is really preventing me for any future application. Will you please help me by removing this nonsensical application. From.wetrade properties . Iam struggling to understand the process of being release from the contract , Applied for bond under we trade properties . I signed an offer to purchase from them . which was not even explained properly used legal jargon, for the houses in INDIGO HEIGHTS , proposed plan . of houses which are not yet built . and received a bank approval from ABSA that is in principal not yet final . The OTP form doesn't have signature of the seller . but Im told the contract is binding . the reason for my cancellation .I dont afford the houses in bluedowns at all my salary is not enough to pay from R7000 house got lots of debts under my name . I am looking fro cheaper housing option as for the one approved .The application is preventing fro making any future. bond applications
Telkom .has been making unauthorised debits on my account .My contract with you expired long time ago. You said will.deduct R99.month to month and its not contractual. Why are debiting R400.in my account . Because if reverse that debit it affect my credit scoring . Would please rectify.this and stop.debits
worst company that's take advantage of its customers, bullying consumers with debt collection and court orders. Iam forced to pay ****en tracker that I don't use . I have sold the car months ago . but even today I forced to pay for that tracker . A white lady with similar problem , her account was cancelled . but why mine is cancelled this is unfair . evrytime .I complain about this ,Iam reminded of contractual agreement .
I need assistance regarding my policy with old Mutual , they have deliberately deleted my policy .its been three months now . I wrote to their Facebook page. to assist me regarding that . to rectify This is the response, that I got that my policy is behind with a month . Iam not responsible for the system failure of Old Mutual . Why do i have to pay when you have acknowledged your mistake . Can I have letter which says my policy has been reinstated . that you take full responsibility, of your system error . This is unprofessional and place me at risk and my family . Response from Old Mutual "I do apologise for any inconvenience caused it does seem after the deduction in December there was an automated deletion of your debit order which was a system error. I can confirm your premium holiday has covered the premiums for February and March, however your policy is one month behind. We have activated your debit order effective 15/04/2021 with the Capitec details we have on record."
net star wants me to pay fro two vehicles , whereas the other car was traded-in , it belongs to WEBUYCARS PTYLTD .This company forces me to pay for two vehicles . its unacceptable and its fraudulent, because the polo vivo is no longer my property, it can be traced to WEBUYCARS ,Why should I pay for two cars . When I refuse to do that , they are telling me about contractual agreement . that's contractual agreement should apply if the vehicle is registered under me and I use it daily . But the Polo Vivo has new owner . why should pay for that. This is nonsense
I upgraded my package from Netstar basic tp Netstar plus , I spoke to consultant by the name of Palesa . To help me and enable the features or to unlock some of features on the Tracking device App. She has been promising to help. Very rude person and impatient with customers, she demanded to speak to me, while was driving. I told her to wait because cant speak and drive .its way too dangerous .Iam sure she is aware of that too. But she was very persistent and agitated that she want to finish my complaint speedily as from today . she didnt seem to care about the fact that , I was driving . Can i get someone who is sensible and professional to assist me, please regarding my App
I was involved in accident on the 25/07/2020. Person drove into me .And damaged rear bumper and rear lights and other damages .My vehicle was assigned to Auto Magic parow for repairs. On 12 /08/2020, I was asked to collect the car , I paid the excess fee of R6350.00. Two days later, I called my insurance (Budget) for the recovery of excess after the car was released by Auto Magic. I spoke to person by the name of Kgomotso from the legal department at Budget insurance. This lady was clueless of my claim and she couldnt assist me at all. She kept asking me of the details of third party .and she couldnt help me, very rude and doesnt look like she know her work. I asked for the quotation of what was, repaired from the vehicle .she couldnt give me that information . I asked about the process of recovering my money from the third party . Kgomotso couldnt give me that information as well . Can i get a competent person. Who knows how to handle claims ,who is not emotional and clueless of the processes of her department . Iam dissatisfied with how the company handles my claim . You dont value your customers at all .or your consultant misrepresents the company. I dont want to escalate this to insurance ombudsmen. Can i be assisted ?
