After appointing endless pool under the referral from a interior architect I did not do my homework on this company run by husband and wife team David and Natalie White. The two or three meeting prior to paying the deposit of the around R60 000 were perfect, after that they missed 95% of the meetings. Finally they came around and started installing the tiles which cost me an additional R60 000. But would not do so until I paid another R30 000. We installed the pool and it flooded the house. I must have phone and messaged these people 150 times. To come fix. The flood cost me R100 000 in repair. I then endured 6 months of what they said is repair to fill the pool and flood again, another R100 000 in repair, they then told me to chop and throw away all the tiles as it was the structure that was leaking. They chopped the tiles and then sent me a bill to redo the pool for an additional R30 000. I got someone else to fiberglass only to flood and find out they had not done the pipes properly. 2 years later and I have now redone the entire infrastructure of pipe, could of saved R60 000 tiles and not have flooding three times costing me over R250 000 in repair plus the cost of the pool totally more than R400 000. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. The website address is also fake, when I tried to find them to deliver written letters, they then resort to threats. David and Natalie should not be allowed to install one pool after the ordeal they put me through and never resolved. I also found out I am not the only one.... you learn to little to late

Dear Gavin
It is very important that if you are unhappy with Endless Pools and report us on social media please make sure the truth is told. Only after I contacted you lat night to discuss your matter having you use profanity and putting the phone down on me have you decided to review Endless Pools on Hello Peter. The house you are referring to was bought on Auction by your self. Endless Pools was the original pool contractor and that is why the Interior decorator referred us to you. We were appointed only to do the finishes of the pool by yourself. Originally we quoted to fibre glass the pool your requested for the pool to be tiled. The tiles were bought by yourself not Endless Pools. On our first meeting we made it quite clear that we could not guarantee nor vouch for any of the structural work, existing pipes etc as this had already been built by the previous Builder, The piping had already been installed into the structure of the house. Your builder made additions to the structure of the pool by building a martini seat, installing a slab on the floor of the pool and adding two stepping areas. The complexity of the structure does not allow for any one to see should there have been any broken pipes (We can not be held responsible for structural work done by your builder) Your statement that you tried to contact us 150 times is unfounded as our numbers have not changed nor our email address. Our web site is not false and we are contactable. Paying deposit is a normal procedure in any business. Endless Pools went above and beyond to assist you with the flooding of your home. At no point did Endless Pools suggest that you remove the tiles to the pool to the contrary we were against it and this was your decision. We proved that the that problem was the additional steps that had been build and tiled by your contractor were leaking. On removing the tiles as per your request we discovered that this area had not been water proofed and we have pictures proving this. Finding a leak is a lengthy process and during the months we never charged you for our labour etc. Only once we issued you with the final bill which included an amount still outstanding on the original quote and our cost price to re fibre glass the pool did you have a problem with Endless Pools. The fact that you discovered after fibre glassing the pool with someone else that your still had a flooding problem and that it was the pipes, makes it clear that endless pools was not at fault as we originally informed you that we could not be responsible or liable for any pipes that had been done prior to you buying the property. We at Endless Pools understand your predicament and frustration and hope you have sorted out all your flooding problems.
Best regards,

I wish i could attached screenshots of all the sms and all the emails sent, i am glad that my intial review is impacting you business as behaviour like this should not be tolerated, this review added now was to inform you that the first phoencall recieved back lst night after my initial review is impacting yor business will not be tolerated and i will not take lightly to your verbal threats. NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO ENDURE WHAT YOU PUT ME THROUGH AND IF YOU HAD JUST TAKEN THE TIME TO RESOLVE YOU WOULD NOT FIND YORSELF IN THIS POSITION. I urge no one to ever use your service or lack thereof after what i and others have endured from you, i should of also listen to the engineer whom warned me when he found out you were appointed.

Just ensuring correct information to the public, I love the way you paid no attention to me for the last 7 months and left me literally under water but that that it is affecting your business you wish you didn't behave in the manner that you did. Happy to appoint attorney's and settle with you carrying the expense I have had to endure for the last 24 months

All documented proof has been submitted to hello peter as I documented every SMS communication sen, minutes every meeting you failed to attend that was scheduled every email sent and submitted to hello peter as you requested post to be removed by them- as you negated on your responsibility you should not be allowed to continue taking people for a ride and I hope this does impact. To the public I would recommend you check your pool installer is also accredited and belongs to the required associations- thanking you
