My Intereaction with Faith Sethibe was absolutely the best. She is Professional, Kind, and has the most beautiful personality. I have been on the Job Market for a while, looking for a change and she presented an opportunity that changed my life. Itβs my first time working with a Recruitment Agency and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Faith and EAW for recognising my potential.

I had been in the job market for a while and energy at work changed that. From the first call, the hospitality at their offices to their friendly employees. Faith Sethibe, my recruiter changed my perception of recruitment agencies. She was so kind, coached me on putting the best version of myself forward and she kept me updated throughout the whole process , which I appreciated, removing the anxiety of the hiring process. Thank you so much Faith and EAW for helping me find work and I hope you continue to change lives like you did mine.

I got a call from energy at work and they told me about a Vacancy they had..bear in mind I did not apply but they got my Cv from one of the websites..then Daisy explained what kind of job/Vacancy they had ....oh well I was unemployed so I agreed infact I was happy to be chosen...fast forward interview ....spend the whole day there later in that week congratulations π everything is successful we just awaiting for the start date and when they got the start date after 2 months suddenly we have to go for an interview again we had to spend the whole day again...some candidates where coming there for the first time which I didn't understand some interviews took 20 -30 mine not even 10 minutes apparently because Iv been there before the white guy was the one asking question the other lady was tired she didnt even ask me anything except sorry I had to wait long...fast forward I recieved an email that I didn't make the cut which I'm ohk the email said " Other respondents have more closely matched the qualifications, competencies and experience required for this position" with then I asked politely Tyra Hawes why didn't I qualify now but in March I did no response even today ...I just wanted to say yes we need jobs but don't waste our times /play with our emotions . The EAW staf from ausi Mpho they've been amazing ..Daisy was exceptional too bad she left but people who took over from Daisy they can do better also plan better.
