I would like to thank the great service that I received from Relebogile Morwe In the retentions department under Standard Bank insurance brokers funeral retention, after I called 3 times and was loosing hope because of transfers and taking messages, He came in like a start. A consultant that was willing to assist and knew what customer experience is all about. We need more consultants like him and gives me great pleasure to know that the blue bank still has gems like him. Keep it up my brother, you are surely going far 👏👏👏

I traded in my new car due to space and was looking into getting something bigger. Little did I know that I was setting my self for misery and regretting each and every debit order that goes off my bank account. I got a car and within 3 months the car was switching off on the road with it refusing to start and even took it for service at Hyundai and they said I have no service plan but it’s on my contract . I called in and sales rep Khumo that was assisting me was very rude when I requested for help as she said “I do not work with repairs but I sell car” instead of referring me to correct person.I continued with the car but 6 months in then it finally stopped with no luck to start. I towed it back with out of pocket expense and they gave me a run around and only after I created a scene they fix the car within 30 minutes meaning that they could but they did not want to. Drove car to Limpopo Tzaneen and guess what, car is not moving again. My son went to Hyundai eastrand As I am currently in Limpopo stranded with no car n no way forward. I was supposed to return to work but the Dealer Principal, Sales manager and finance manager at Hyundai East rand are refusing to assist. The response My son got from dealer principal was that “they won’t do anything and it’s not their problem”. I am regretting every chance I took with this dealer. 5 cars including my son’s car and this is the treatment I get. I would edge everyone not to deal with this dealership, after sale they no longer care about their clients. The sales manager Lesley is always trying his best but boss shuts him down. One of the worst companies you can get your car finance with as their service is slow and their agents are not willing to assist. The line cuts before completion and no one calls you back. 20-40 minutes holding time meaning you should be a millionaire to call them. Word of advise, decline car finance offered by Wesbank or their supporting clients.
I held on the line for no assistance, got transferred to collections and Phumelele Vilakazi could not assist but also reffered. Asked for team leader in collections then they said she will get back to me in 48 working hours. MFC Is useless and would not advise anyone to take car financing with them. Your consultants are lazy n lack telephonic skills
Ram driver Lawrance came to deliver my package, I was in a meeting with my bosses and he agreed to wait for 2 minutes, after that 2 minutes, I went out and he was driving off I called him and he said "You are full of **** at I am at work". he could have left the package but he decided to leave with it. Ram's service is poor, first it was the wrong address and then now this.
