Bad Security Services

I am sad to inform you all that I was robbed, on the 5th of November 2018, out side FNB Crompton Street bank while 5 Enforce security personnel with a vehicle looked on without any assistance. My wife and son where in the car screamed while pressing the hooter to catch their attention but they ignored her while looking.

I wish to express that I was truly disappointed at the lack of care that was shown by your security company (Enforce). It was due to their presence that I felt confident enough to go to the ATM at the branch, but now it is clear that they are of no use.

I have opened up a case at the Police Station, who were also shocked that the security did nothing to assist. The case number is: 117/11/2018.

On this note, it was only my brand new Cellphone costing R4000 which was taken but was not yet under insurance as it was still new, and I disnt get the chance to go back to the store.
