Never been so insulted in my life, me and my friend we waiting for our friends sister at the workshop in durban and her phone is off but before her phone went off we had told her we will wait inside the workshop next debonairs, Okay so as we stand by the pole or panel Melusi a security from enforce came and here we thinking no maybe we standing in a wrong place he comes and say are you guys selling? We like no its a paper bag with a present he then says okay it would be better if that is true because if you try something funny the is a camera above you. I then knew what he was talking about I am like bhuti we not selling we waiting for someone I tell my friend what the guy means that time the security has left already we then call him because he was not far to come and clarify what he just said he continued said I am not fight with you guys I am saying to you if you try anything naughty the is a camera above, I then asked him what do you think we would be selling because you can see this is a paper bag and it has a present so what do you mean he then says sisi wam angilwi but ningadayisi lana kune camera. I don't even think I need to explain myself but I will do anyway my friend was wearing full pants jeans with a t-shirt showing only her arms and flat shoe, I was wearing a full pants with a formal t-shirt not showing arms only my neck was showing even if we were half dressed you don't look at people and assume they are **********s. Please provide training or a proper way to speak to people I am telling you the Melusi guy was convinced and since we stood there for an hour he wasn't moving he was patrolling around the panel or the pole we were standing next to it.

I am sad to inform you all that I was robbed, on the 5th of November 2018, out side FNB Crompton Street bank while 5 Enforce security personnel with a vehicle looked on without any assistance. My wife and son where in the car screamed while pressing the hooter to catch their attention but they ignored her while looking. I wish to express that I was truly disappointed at the lack of care that was shown by your security company (Enforce). It was due to their presence that I felt confident enough to go to the ATM at the branch, but now it is clear that they are of no use. I have opened up a case at the Police Station, who were also shocked that the security did nothing to assist. The case number is: 117/11/2018. On this note, it was only my brand new Cellphone costing R4000 which was taken but was not yet under insurance as it was still new, and I disnt get the chance to go back to the store.

I took my 6 year old son to the Chatsworth Stadium on Tuesday afternoon around 615pm. After 5 minutes of playing at the soccernets with a sponge ball a security guard approached us relling us we are not allowed to play there. While asking him for the designated area to play with a ball he starts shouting at my little one. I asked him to stop shouting at my child and he says why cant my child understand him. The child had a sponge ball...hes 6....we were going to move peacefully untill this rude man starts shouting and abusing us. He says we need to listen to him bcos thats the rules. When i asked for the rules and why it was not displayed he says to come during the day and get it from the office staff. There were around 70 people present at the time and no rules, signage of any sort telling a person to not use the nets. When i asked for his name as there was no name badge he says his name is enforce....what attitude!!he went on to rudely shout at my mom. I called up enforce to complain to zero satisfaction. The guy said he would speak to the manager and call me back. After like 15 mins he calls back offering a feeble apology stating the manager will deal with the attitude of the security guard and that someone named blackey is putting up the signs only then. I spoke to a phakathi and mandla and received no answers. Is this the company we entrust our safety to? He acted as if he was a qualified doctor trying to be a walking rule book. Well u need to wake up enforce if you employ people of this calibre that dont even know how to speak properly...utterly disgusted and very upset.

I would have given zero stars, but after the 45 min wait for armed response to come around, they are really great guys, and it isn’t their fault they are the only vehicle in a 20km radius - so my stars goes to them. The lack of stars go to the office staff, whose invoices don’t match the debit orders, and they ignore you when you politely bring it to their attention, or the technical callouts you “need”, and the work orders that say nothing is wrong after you have to pay for them to go out, and again when bringing to the attention of the office staff, they continue to ignore you, like it just isn’t their problem.

I recently was on Enforce's website looking for a security company for my private residential property. I sent them an email to call me so that I can get a quote on services. While on the website they advertised a panic button product for your cellphone with fantastic promises..one of it was:"The Genie ICE panic button is available to anyone, even if they do not live in an area which is serviced by Enforce. I downloaded the app and waited in anticipation for someone to call me.. yet no one did. Then last night I had an intruder on my property setting off alarms and lights outside. So I put the panic button to the test. The operator then proceeded to say they only operate in Durban. Guys..do not make empty promises..ESPECIALLY! when it comes to personal safety..and for the callback on a quote that still wasn't made. NO THANKS to that too!!
