These people don't pay attention to the query I ordered on the 28th of November and I didn't get the order number I called in notifying them the agents are a bunch of *********** people I've sent numerous times responses are there but they're not telling me when I'm getting any feedback since than.
Good evening, I just saw something that didn't sit well with me, I was shopping at Shoprite in Phoenix Plaza and the Manager by the surname Mrs Sudam she is ill treating the merchandisers it's so unfortunate that by 8pm I was still shopping and in front of us as customers she's screaming at the merchandisers are not going home they must go and sort out their shelves we are still at the shop she didn't even think there customers at the shop. This type of behavior is not acceptable at a workplace and on the contracts I've signed in my entire career I haven't seen the part whereby the manager have to speak any how to the employees. There's a clock in time and clock out time no matter how much work is left the early shift has to take over where the late shift left off what I saw was ************** and unprofessinalism I know those employees are afraid to report this ********* behavior in that store as they are bul**** and it's not the first time I saw this in that store. Kindly assist those employees to see justice you can even request the footage from 8:00 pm to 8:15 pm that woman has no shame and integrity. Kind regards Thabile Nkomo
They don't want to give customers cash back when you request it's like it comes from their pocket from facial expression they are very unfriendly and I don't know whether it's the instruction from the managers they must understand that they are employed to render this service in a scale of 10 I give 0 all my African black ladies since I have not experienced that from Indian ladies working there and it comes from another African I'm disappointed.
They need to send the manager that was on duty has no management skills I don't even know her name they don't even wear name tags. What irritated me the most I'm querying with regards to the device that had been booked for repairs so I'm asking her to provide me with a job number as per Vodacom request as they're disputing the receipt of my device anyways this uneducated Ackermans female so called lady is telling me that they don't have it they are using repair id number than she messed it all up when she's telling me it's my fault my device is not repaired because I didn't answer when Vodacom repairs called me i told her there is lots of ways to communicate then she finalised it with not giving me the slip I had to go and come back when I came back she's poping her eyes out as if she's asking me what are do you want no courtesy no customer service no humanity ice cold service...Ackermans Patherton street Phoenix Plaza need to train or get a qualified Manager because they are too comfortable to a point where they think they in their homes where they speak anyhow.
I'm disappointed with Vodacom repairs umhlanga branch, Ackermans Phoenix Plaza Patherton Road they booked the device on the 28th of April I went to check if the device has been sorted out by the 31st of May since they put the cheap screen that only worked 3 days that went blank and the response that was received is that they want my phone password yet they only sorting out blank screen, the service is pathetic I'm paying for the phone that I have not used for 6 weeks.
ATM swallowed my card asked for assistance from the branch so unfortunate that I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sandile Khanyile he asked who ever was inside the ATM terminal to check atmY000 thereafter he said I have to go and do a new card when I asked at whose cost he said I have to pay for at my bank and the most irritating part is that the way he said it as if it my fault my card was swallowed and if they know that their ATM are faulty why they don't have empathy to the customers they don't even wear name tags you have to ask them who they're and why there's a guy inside the ATM terminals. The service I received today showed me that the customer service there is pathetic.
I'm very disappointed with the ***** at Jet the cashiers act as if they updating your details on the system and print out a small slip for you to sign meanwhile they are making you join for insurance few days later you get an sms to welcome you as a policy holder it's unfortunate that I will open a ***** case just so they will stop this pathetic ways of corning people.
Jet Plaza branch staff by the name of Nonhlakanipho is rude and unprofessional we stood in a long queue assisted by 2 cashiers in a stuffy and hot shop this store assistant came and customers complained including myself with regards to the heat and she explained that airconds aren't working after loadshedding problem starts when we asked for more cashiers to speed up the process the lady turned around and said some cashiers are knocking of now whether we complain or not nothing will change when I asked is this the customer service we came for she started screaming at me we exchanged words like nobody's business until i requested to speak to the manager she said I must go ahead she don't care...Her manager came and I explained what her staff is doing and I demanded her to discipline her she made me write the statement and she requested the witness to confirm what they, the gentleman confirmed that what I said is true she said she will send the disciplinary action taken...and please put name tags and positions because we don't know who's what I don't even know whether I was given a fake name but the service is ****ty and I will never shop at any Jet store the staff is rude,raw and unprofessional they need intense customer service
I'm so disappointed it's lie after lie still waiting for the 10th July money transfer I have raised this query with supabets and I have been waiting for them to play their part but hey they not willing to do their job especially the withdrawal department and I'm taking it further because it's pretty clear they careless about bad reputation.Lerato still waiting for your call
I have raised a query with regards to the withdrawal from my supabets wallet to my bank account on Sunday I have not received my cash out till today I have raised the query with customer services they failed to resolve and to give me the ref for the query as they said they have escalated no one contacted
