<p>When I say Less for more - I really don't mean you get value for money. No No No..these days you pay far more @ reduced portions. I have been a KFC fan for as long as I can remember. However, I have absolutely changed my mind on Sunday. This incident is not the first time I have experienced this. You ask for a regular mash and gravy and you get a quarter bowl- you ask for an ice cream and the same rule applies. Why don’t you just give it in a smaller container so that your clients know what they are getting. KFC now vs KFC 5 years ago is Worlds apart. So disappointing!!!</p>
<p>I recently was on Enforce's website looking for a security company for my private residential property. I sent them an email to call me so that I can get a quote on services. While on the website they advertised a panic button product for your cellphone with fantastic promises..one of it was:"The Genie ICE panic button is available to anyone, even if they do not live in an area which is serviced by Enforce. I downloaded the app and waited in anticipation for someone to call me.. yet no one did. Then last night I had an intruder on my property setting off alarms and lights outside. So I put the panic button to the test. The operator then proceeded to say they only operate in Durban. Guys..do not make empty promises..ESPECIALLY! when it comes to personal safety..and for the callback on a quote that still wasn't made. NO THANKS to that too!!</p>
I applied on Monday as a new subscriber. Two day later a guy phone me from Starsat and i explained that i would like to have an installation done on Saturday as i work during the week - OH he says and puts the phone down with no further confirmation. A second call the next day was for confirming my subscription. I then explained that no one has confirmed installation. She then promised to call & confirm the booking. No CALL BACK.Saturday i phoned the call center to find for installation details.The lady responded by saying that she will send an email and someone will call be back shortly..NO PHONE CALL. I called again and was given two cell numbers to confirm installation.The first call was to a guy who said he doesn't install in the Midrand area and the second cell was off,an hour later I called again & asked to speak to a manager..MR NASH apologized for the inconvenienced and he will find out what's going on let me know if it will be installed today or confirm another date.WELL 20 min later the call center phones to find out from ME when will it be installed??!!!SERIOUSLY,REALLY?!..AND AS YET NO CALL BACK from MR NASH. GREAT START,EXCELLED CLIENT SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!
First of all Standard bank suspended my account for FICA purposes without any prior notification. Monday spending a hour in the bank my account has STILL not been activated. I have been phone to increase my limit yesterday...for what reason Standard bank??? Then I was told to go back to the bank to get it activated?????!!! I don't have another hour to sit there...so don't worry Standard bank I will hike to all my appointments today, seeing that I can put petrol in my car!! Standard bank, moving to frustrate and while you at IT..do me a favour and close my account permantly!!
