My parcel has been in and out of depot for 3 days have you guys turned the company to sloways?
I am not sure if they are color blind and design blind if there is a word like that, me and my friend ordered dresses from this company they came it was a total different thing, the material 🤮sies on you guys for fault advertising.
Never been so insulted in my life, me and my friend we waiting for our friends sister at the workshop in durban and her phone is off but before her phone went off we had told her we will wait inside the workshop next debonairs, Okay so as we stand by the pole or panel Melusi a security from enforce came and here we thinking no maybe we standing in a wrong place he comes and say are you guys selling? We like no its a paper bag with a present he then says okay it would be better if that is true because if you try something funny the is a camera above you. I then knew what he was talking about I am like bhuti we not selling we waiting for someone I tell my friend what the guy means that time the security has left already we then call him because he was not far to come and clarify what he just said he continued said I am not fight with you guys I am saying to you if you try anything naughty the is a camera above, I then asked him what do you think we would be selling because you can see this is a paper bag and it has a present so what do you mean he then says sisi wam angilwi but ningadayisi lana kune camera. I don't even think I need to explain myself but I will do anyway my friend was wearing full pants jeans with a t-shirt showing only her arms and flat shoe, I was wearing a full pants with a formal t-shirt not showing arms only my neck was showing even if we were half dressed you don't look at people and assume they are **********s. Please provide training or a proper way to speak to people I am telling you the Melusi guy was convinced and since we stood there for an hour he wasn't moving he was patrolling around the panel or the pole we were standing next to it.
Hi. Firstly waterloo spar staff is not friendly at all well I had made peace with that, but today was just the worst guys where do you take these people from. they know nothing about customer services my gosh its scary. Nelly Ndlovo was my cashier today so I was caring cash and it happened that I exceeded the limit I then told her to remove an item with an attitude she said this thing you telling me to remove is only 8 rand and you over with 20 rands, I mean thats where customer service enters suggest that no remove this and this then you will be fine I didn't want her to sympathize with me no but she just had to be rude, okay fine I tell her to remove a few items then we payed when we were about to leave I ask my friend for a slip becuase I don't understand why I exceeded only to find out that missy has double charged me on an item, we quickly went back to her she then blames the till she's like this till with an attitude again no apology no nothing. Im sorry but you should consider hiring people who know about customer services, us being at the shop doesn't me we know nothing I am also working with people and I get ****ted on but I stay friendly because I know i would be told customer is always right . So for me to get a horrible services when I am a customer annoys me.
