We felt ditched and abandoned!

Made a booking for a room for two nights including dinner both nights. On arrival at Reception the second night, we found the place in darkness and the only person was the security guard. We had to then leave the premises in order to find a place to eat. On approaching Management the following morning, we were handled in a rude and unprofessional manner. Why would they close their Reception and Bistro on a Saturday night knowing we had booked for dinner. Apart from all the above, the TV was faulty, not enough towels provided etc, etc. We won't be recommending Engedi!
