Roza is the worst customer service representative
Raised a query regarding a ****** comment by an Engen employee whilst visiting your service station in Tableview, Reitvlei Service Center.
Was contacted by a good for nothing customer service representative named Roza that advised me that my matter was being escalated and then didn't care about my query, after reaching out she then gives me feedback that does not address my concerns.
Really ****ed off now, wasted my time dealing with someone that does not understand simple English and clearly does not know what she is doing, Engen is absolutely the worst, they are terrible at every level.
My advice, stay away, use any other service station, they are rude, ****** and they are ***** in terms of how they conduct their business.

28 May 2026, 03:11Sadly still no resolution provided by Roza and Karabo Mosala, just received an email to follow up, what's the need to follow up on me, Does Engen expect me to address the matter with their staff? Am I supposed to deal with it and take necessary action on my own? Do I give myself a resolution, why are you following up with me?
I raised a complaint, shared all the requested details and then no assistance, I am not convinced that anyone knows what they are doing, this is quite silly, please can someone else help, this has been ongoing for far to long now, can we get someone that knows what they are doing to kindly step in so that we can address the problem and find a solution so that we can finally move on.

Engen is the worst service station ever, they don't value their customers and show no interest in taking responsibility for their mistakes.
So many similar complaints in the past and nothing being done to improve their services, I regret ever using this brand and would never recommend them to anyone.
South Africans should completely stay away from using this service station as their staff will be rude and/or treat you poorly just because they don't like your race, colour or creed and it seems like it's okay with them.
