Do not trust this company, they are ****mers, they have an employee named Adrian Wood that tries to **** customers. After settling my loan and asking for my profile to be deleted as I don't trust this company, he refused and said it cannot be done and explained legal charges which was a whole bunch of ****, when I said that I worked in a financial services environment and understood the process then suddenly he responds that my request can be done and has been submitted to the relevant department. They want to trap customers and add additional costs after you settle the agreement, stay away from these people, look for other loan providers with better reviews online. This guy Adrian Wood is a ****mer and cannot be trusted, please guys, stay far away from Fasta
I have taken a small payday loan from Fasta and have successfully repaid my account, after closer research I noticed a lot of negative reviews and decided that I would like to execute my right to request for a profile closure, I logged a ticket for the request and have been communicating with Adrian Wood, a representative that has refused to honour my request claiming certain legal responsibilities that I have. This is absolutely frustrating as I have no financial responsibility to your company and I have requested further information which was not provided. I do not trust your company and your employees especially Adrian Wood as I have full and detailed understanding of the process as I work in a financial services environment, as an account holder I have every right to disable my account at my own discretion and I have lost trust in your company and need my request to be completed. I understand that certain basic information may be kept on record for a period of 3-5years however a permanent disablement of my account means that no further changes or applications can be added to my account, this is my basic right and trust me, I would be escalating this matter further if this is not resolved. Adrian Wood is looking to **** me out of more money when my account is fully repaid, I am appealing to the public to please stay away from these people.
Absolutely pathetic service from KFC Bloubergstrand, I am a regular customer to this store as I live in close proximity but this was the worst experience I have ever had, I placed an order for a KFC meal that included 2 no sugar fountain sodas, I am not a big fan of that so I decided to pay a little extra to get the normal soda instead, once the order was ready the cashier with no people skills whatsoever rudely stated that there is no cooldrink and no water, they only have cream soda, I was not happy with that and opted to just get my refund for the extra and paid as I did not want the cooldrink, the cashier refused to give me my refund and that is when I realised that this person does not care about customers and she is going to give your store a terrible reputation, there should be no place for people like this in the front of your store, you should teach your staff how to speak to customers and how to handle queries as this person was so frustrating to deal with, hated my experience, yesterday I also visited the store and they also did not have cooldrink but the previous employee was professional and we could have a polite and decent conversation and managed to come to an agreement. Have to hand it to the supervisor that was on duty that was speedy to assist but overall, it didn't need to be a miserable experience for anyone, I think my request is well and truly fair, the store does not have what I am paying for, simply return my money and keep the item that I do not want, I am saving you money by not taking the sugar free fountain soda. I can understand that an item might not be available but what I can't accept is a rude person giving me grief and speaking down on me like I am in the wrong or I am asking for more than I am paying for. I am a grown man, I have children that are probably a lot older than this young lady and I am so disappointed, gosh, I am so unhappy and advise the owners to train their staff accordingly, my advice is to immediately move the employee to the back so she does not deal with customers until she is trained on how to speak and how to deal with customer queries.
Sunshineloans is a ****, I have app**** for a loan and received and agreement which was signed but no funds have been paid into my account. I have tried calling their contact number which is invalid, no response to my email and I have already agreed to the debicheck mandate on the account. There is no way to cancel the debicheck as it has a no dispute on the debit meaning that customers will never get their money back. They are uncontactable so you can expect that this will never be resolved and you can say goodbye to your hard earned money. Its not too late for you, hope that you can learn from my experience and this information will help to prevent you from also being ****med. Please stay away from this **** loan company.
This company is a ****, stay away. I recently app**** for a loan with Mulah loans, received confirmation that my application was success and asked to sign the online agreement which was done on the 20th January 2026 however the funds as per the loan agreement has never been paid out into my bank account. I have reached out many times for information and assistance but just been given the run around, they say that their systems are down or they just respond with a video showing how to apply for a loan. My loan agreement is finalised and agreement signed which means that I am expected to repay the loan that I have never received. People please stay away from this **** business, your loan will never reach your bank account, I have noticed other customers being blacklisted by not taking loans from this company.
I had the lovely pleasure of visiting Bossa Sunningdale (West Coast Village) earlier today and oh my, I am so happy to share my experience, I was assisted by a lovely gentleman named Cameron and he was such a joyful presence, super friendly and down to earth, offered the best recommendations and represented the store with pride and quality, it is for this reason I would like to take a moment to share my 5 star review with everyone, I am also happy to acknowledge that the manager that was spoken so proudly about by the lovely Mr Cameron also took the time to acknowledge and greet when I entered the establishment to use the restroom inside, I felt an incredible sense of satisfaction and felt noticed which was great. Im pretty sure that the others also have splendid skills but for me, Cameron deserves 10 gold stars, this guy really deserves to grow in your business, want to wish both himself and the restaurant ongoing success, I will surely be back again very soon.
Visited your branch in Bayside mall yesterday, absolutely horrible experience at your bakery, staff don't care and clearly have no idea what they are doing, wait almost 30 mins just to get my cakes and pies packaged and priced because the assistant had no idea what she was doing, I was prepared to overlook it considering she was alone and clearly had no idea what she was doing, she also showed very poor listening skills and lack of interest in assisting but where I draw the the line is noticing I have been overcharged for 3 cakes yet I ordered 1, she mixed up the number of cakes for doughnuts meaning I paid for 2 extra cakes that I have not received, sharing my experience so people can be aware of this and to be extra vigilant when purchasing items from the bakery. One a separate occasion to this I had another poor experience whereby the lady at the hot dog stand dropped the roll on the floor and then picked it up and continued to prepare the meal and hand it to me, I made her aware of how unhygienic I felt that was and requested a new one which she then provided to me. Shoprite clearly have poor standards and I feel that it is finally time for me to speak up. Shopping experience is poor and I have lost all trust and credibility in this store, my advice is go to the Checkers in the mall instead or try the pick n pay or Woolies across the street.
Worst experience ever. Trust lost before even beginning, they are absolutely unprofessional and made the experience a horrific one, super frustrated dealing with a person that cannot understand simple English. Their email responses are also very unpleasant and unprofessional. My advice is stay away from these guys, there are many better companies available. Actually deserves a zero rating.
Stay as far away as you can from these ****mers, they will never pay out your winnings period, their staff are also useless and it has just been a dreadful experience right from the beginning, if you are thinking of signing up, take it from an experienced betting man, try Hollywoodbets, Playabets, Easybet instead, I won over R2500 on a soccer bet wagered at R550 and could never get my money to find out that my available balance is then R260, nobody could give me any straight answers so I just decided to just dump everything on the slots because I eventually realised that I was never going to receive my money from them so please guys, dont ever make the same mistake, keep away
An extremely disappointing experience dealing with Letsatsi Finance, the application process has to be the slowest in the industry, a simple pay day loan for emergencies that is expected to take up to 24 hours takes 2 weeks to process an application without processing the loan, you will end up accepting the debit and not receive funds due to a delay in them providing you with an agreement leaving you waiting till you get paid your actual salary and no longer need the loan, the debit goes off, you need to pay bank charges to have this reversed and end up losing more in the end, the only positive for me is a friendly gentleman by the name of Lizo that has been very professional, I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone, stay away, there are much better companies online, try Unifi, Lendplus, sunshine loans, fast instead, these are some of the tried and tested providers that actually works, they are quick and secure, application with them takes 5mins and funds in your account in a matter of hours
