DISCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT: *Subscribed for an online training in Nov 2023. *Had to pay full invoice before training commence. *We had to enquire re training link week before Nov 2023 training, was informed that training was postponed to mid- Feb 2024 without any notification. *When enquired as to training link on 5 Feb 2024 again was informed that training postponed to April 2024 and again no notification. *Then requested to cancel our booking and refund fee *Tuesday, February 6, 2024 11:25 AM Robert responded with "Please note that we have approved the request for refund takes 30 Days to be processed from date of cancellation." which was then 6 Feb 2024 *By 29 Feb they have not requested any banking details whereby I have requested feedback and provided them with my banking details for refund. *6 March 2024 no payment *Followed up on weekly basis but no response *14 March 2024 feedback "currently working on settling payment for your refund." * 25 April 2024 still nothing and they are not answering emails or calls, in fact I am blocked from their system *Via another source they are still continuing advertising the same and similar training courses
