Total **** - please do not use

I cannot believe I fell for this ****, the website looked so credible. I ordered a plaque in memory of my mom who recently passed which was very emotional. I paid and when I followed up they said I would need a larger plaque which would cost more and like an idiot I made the additional payment but no delivery and no response to phone. I even asked them if it is a **** and they assured me it wasn't and kept responding to my emails - feel so disappointed.
