Enlighten Survey Rewards
I am currently awaiting the rewards I earned through my participation in the surveys. Unfortunately, my attempts to communicate through email have not received any acknowledgement or response. This situation is quite disappointing, particularly after investing both time and financial resources in the survey process.

Nonsense
They invite you to participate in communities then they come up with stories when they have to make payment, and tell you that you haven't completed all the activities meanwhile they are the ones that don't send all the activities at once

Balance does not add up
All I can say is this new website sucks. If by any luck you do get to complete the survey, the points do not accumulate immediately. I even forget how much I should be having. With the old system, you'd see a difference immediately after successfully completing a survey, I have been stuck at R65 the whole year, and even last night I did one survey but my account balance remains the same. I think Enlightened has become a **** but I will wait and see how they respond to my email about my balance...If they respond.

Rejected 99.99% of The Time From Surveys and No Longer Receiving Vouchers
I used to get surveys regularly and had no problems accessing them back when the old system was in place and the platform was legit, but ever since the migration to this new system, I have only been able to complete one survey, and when I do receive surveys, almost 99.99% of the time I am rejected. I don't know what has happened Enlightened Panel lately, but things are now a lot harder for me financially as I am no longer getting vouchers like I used to. Thanks and **** you very much **** bags pieces of ****s!

Unable to login using the same password have used for years. Even tried forgot my password and submit to them. Their reply a code is being sent to your inbox. After a dozen of these replies no code ever sent. Zet
