The new Enlighten panel is disappointing; my key concerns from the previous app have not been addressed. Additionally, I am unable to log in because the password request never arrives.
On Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, my wife and I had a terrible experience at Game located in Clearwater Mall. We were looking for some assistance to find a particular item, but unfortunately, there were no staff members in sight. After wandering around, we eventually stumbled upon a man in the outdoor/camping section, who we assumed was just another shopper since he was not wearing a Game uniform. After walking all the way from the section we were in to the front desk, we asked someone using the intercom/walkie talkie to call someone who could help us. To our surprise, it was the same gentleman from the outdoor/camping section who had seen us looking for help but never bothered to assist us. It was quite a distance for me to walk as I am currently using crutches. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, and the shop was uncomfortably hot. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and the service at Game in Clearwater Mall was certainly not up to par.
The service at Pick 'n Pay, Ruimsig, is sadly deteriorating. I have raised this with the store manager and Pick 'n Pay head office, but it is getting worse...Of course, some staff members do their best but are overshadowed by others.
I recently visited Marble restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday....what a wonderful experience we had. The waiters were the best I've seen in some time, the atmosphere was romantic, befitting the occasion, and mostly, the food was out of this world. My wife and I have now found our favourite restaurant in Jo'burg. I've been recommending Marble to family and friends and those who have the opportunity to visit this outlet, cannot stop thanking me....Keep it up Marble, my wife and I go marbles about Marble.
This is the worst experience I received from this company. I dealt with the gentleman called Brendhan, he showed no interest at all in my concerns, he has no idea what customer service. After being told the car was ready for collection, I was horrified and traumatised by how the car looked. The experience was traumatic. We had to leave the car behind to be redone. That was a waste of time and money. Some of the mistakes identified before were still there. The worst of them all, the windscreen was now cracked and he claims to have been cracked when the car was brought in. I would advise anyone NEVER to consider this company and would also advise insurance companies contracted to Renew-it, to seriously look at the relationship they have with this company if they want to keep their clients. If there was a lower score, I would definitely give them the lower score.
