Consumer Protection

<p>I purchased a Shopping cart theme on the Australian based ENVATO MARKET Board. This company do not allow consumer protection and there is cooling off period for products sold by its Authors. Ther Author of 7uptheme will not refund me my purchase one day after I bought it. The author has a sales add on Envato Market which is confusing because he claims to have extended accounting reports on his theme which I cannot see. The shopkeeper theme which I did want to buy before I was convinced by his add info has extensive installation tutorial. This author has nothing. Do not buy any product from Envato or 7up theme unless you have made absolutely certain that the reviews are genuine and that you get turorials before you buy. On the 7uptheme the comments section looks as if it was written by the author. Bas English. I need my refund because I actually went ahead and purchased the shopkeeper theme which I wanted in the first place</p>
