*****ulent Company That Uses Mafia Styled Tactics To Bully Their Clients.
This company aught to be closed down! Firstly, I bought a Html theme which was supposed to have worked. It did not even work on Adope Dreamweaver. I could not change the pictures what so ever. The theme is the Psychic Html theme. The theme does not come with pictures, so if you can't change them then basically the theme is useless. I had a IT professional look at it and he said that they probably copied the theme from another theme and this is no doubt it does not work. Please note, that this is the SECOND time that I have bought a theme that absolutely does not work. This company just allows any Tom, **** and Harry to sell on their market place. They don't check to see if the stuff that's being sold actually works. I corresponded with the seller and told them that I was not happy. They didn't offer a refund nor tried what so ever to sort out my issue. Basically, I thought, hell, why should I pay for something that is $21 and useless to me so I requested a refund via PayPal. Little did I know that I would hence be locked out of my Envato Themeforest account. I have other downloads I have bought on there that amount to a lot of money. I won the PayPal case, this company didn't even have the decency to send feedback to PayPal so the case was awarded in my favour and I got my money back. I now contact Envato and ask them to now unblock my account and they blatantly tell me that NO, unless I pay the $21.00 then they will only unblock my account. Unreal! This company is using Mafia styled tactics on their clients and bullying them. Basically this is ***** because you have now blocked me out of my own account. I am going to contact all the people on here that have had similar issues and take this further. This company needs to be taken off the internet as they think they can do whatever they want. Where is the customer support? This basically goes against my consumer rights. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK IF A PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVE ME ACCESS TO ANY OF MY OTHER DOWNLOADS! When I complained, they sent me some fine print bull****. Where is this ever shown to the buying Customer? You think you can hide behind your fine print? Really? You think this is going to be your safety net in a court of law? You think because you have fineprint and your own made up rules that you can ***** clients out of their hard earned money? Oh we will see about that in a court of law. High time someone took this further with this company.

Envato ThemeForest: Disgraceful service
I bought a theme and was directed to buy at ThemeForest - Envato. I paid and so called got a license. My developer then tried to install the theme and was told we cant use the theme it has no license? I tried to login to my account to query this and am told Account Locked! Have you ever?! So now I have to contact their support to unlock my account - who locks people/clients accounts? Then the support email says I have to wait 4 days for it to be answered? So now I have a site thats unusable Im out of $ no license no support and losing business! Disgraceful - I would use stronger terms if I could. after much back and forth with their support was finally informed our business is no longer welcome there? Can you believe this? the email went as follows: Thanks for reaching out to our team here at Envato regarding your disabled account. We have reviewed your request against our user terms and unfortunately in this instance, as outlined in clause 55 we won’t be able to offer you our services. We appreciate that this may not be the news you were hoping for. We have refunded any recent payments that you have made or that may not have automatically been voided by the payment processor. As detailed within our user terms, if an account is disabled you will not be able to apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome to use our services. This decision may also apply to any other accounts you have on other Envato sites. Deliberately misleading
Envato refusing client refund after wrong item was purchased.Let me add something of note - I was redirected from your WordPress plugin by clicking on the 'Go Pro' button to upgrade my plugin and I was presented with 3 options, if 1 of these options were not compatible with WordPress - why was it presented to me? Very misleading and might I add deliberately misleading on your part. By law I am within my rights to receive a refund.

They sell you an item then give it away for free
This business sells website themes. Within hours of purchasing a theme it was made available for free. The theme developer said I had to purchase one of his other 5 themes in order to be refunded. After some consideration, none of his themes suited my needs and I purchased a different one from Envato, expecting the outstanding matter to be resolved amicably with Envato - not the developer. Nobody, including their founders, bothered responding to my many desperate emails. They dominate the theme market, they couldn't care less about ethical conduct or how they damage people who assume Envato can be trusted.

After some consideration, none of his themes suited my needs and I purchased a different one from Envato, expecting the outstanding matter to be resolved amicably with Envato - not the developer. Nobody, including their founders, bothered responding to my many desperate emails. They dominate the theme market, they couldn't care less about ethical conduct or how they damage people who assume Envato can be trusted.

Consumer Protection
<p>I purchased a Shopping cart theme on the Australian based ENVATO MARKET Board. This company do not allow consumer protection and there is cooling off period for products sold by its Authors. Ther Author of 7uptheme will not refund me my purchase one day after I bought it. The author has a sales add on Envato Market which is confusing because he claims to have extended accounting reports on his theme which I cannot see. The shopkeeper theme which I did want to buy before I was convinced by his add info has extensive installation tutorial. This author has nothing. Do not buy any product from Envato or 7up theme unless you have made absolutely certain that the reviews are genuine and that you get turorials before you buy. On the 7uptheme the comments section looks as if it was written by the author. Bas English. I need my refund because I actually went ahead and purchased the shopkeeper theme which I wanted in the first place</p>
