I have been a client for many years and have had successful service but the service and support has gone down the toilet, so bad that it's non-existent. I called in to cancel my fiber line because paying R1280 a month is just too much for me. The woman updated a new service with LTE and said that they would get in touch with me in order for me to pay the fee for the new service but also cancel my fiber line. AT NO POINT WAS I TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO BE PAID A MONTH IN ADVANCED. I WAS TOLD THAT MY LINE WOULD BE MIGRATED TO THE NEW ONE. When I got the new LTE service and it was activated, I went online and logged that my line was now still to be cancelled as two weeks later, I had not heard from anyone to still cancel my line. Another two weeks forward now, I find that I am billed R2240 for next month. They have literally billed me for two services, both for my new LTE line plus for the fiber. So I phone in and this white man picks up the call and he answers it and asks if he can help me and then straight away he puts the line down. This is the second time he's done this. It's like he does absolute work at all at that call center except dropping calls and not helping a person. I spend over R100 of airtime a time tryiing to get hold of someone to help. These people are *********** and pass your call from the next person without solving the issue. Now they tell me that no the amount is right, because I need to give them one month calandar in advanced. How so, when a person pays up front. WHY DON'T THEY TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU ARE CANCELLING YOUR LINE SO YOU KNOW WHAT COSTS YOU WILL BE INCURRED, NOW INCURRING ME MORE USELESS MONEY I DON'T HAVE. I MUST PAY AN EXTRA R1280 THIS MONTH AND FOR WHAT EXACTLY. THE LINE I AM USING HAS BEEN SWITCHED OFF FOR TWO WEEKS ALREADY. WHY CAN'T YOU JUST MIGRATE MY LINE WITHOUT INCURRING ME EXTRA FEE'S LIKE YOU HAVE DONE IN THE PAST? I have been waiting nearly 4 days now to verify my account after having my account for the last 8 years. What once was a good company, has gone down the drain and this makes me feel that I don't want to do any sort of business with them. I have sent numerous emails, I have even phoned them to no avail. They say they will follow up and get back to me but noone has. This is unnaceptable. They should be shut down if they can not operate efficiently. I would give O stars if I could. I will not ever be using them again. I will also boycott any company that needs to use their services to make a payment. I have money in my account which they are holding hostage because I can not push it through to my bank. Rediculous!
Extremely rude and *********** Billing Department. They refuse to take off my debit order which is my right. Capitec has said that I was to instruct them to cancel it but they refuse to. So now I am charged R86 a month which is incurring me extra costs. Their invoice's never reflect payment recieved. I have asked numerous times for a break down of costs. I basically only owe R374 for one month but now they are charging me in the excess of R1350.00. This shows that they over charge their clients. You are also made to pay over a R500 fee in November each year which is basically for their Christmas bonus. I also only wanted to sign up for a year but they now have put me down for a three year contract. I don't even own the flat that I rent from. What if I want to move? Pathetic company and extremely bad customer service. I don't reccomend this company to anyone!!!!
I happen to be in arrears one month and could not afford to catch up this month although I did pay my account. It's the 14th of the month and I have Mr Price consultants harrassing me literally every half hour on the phone. Not only this but they now expect me to make double payment already now and it's only the 14th of the month. Do yourself a favour and don't ever open an account with these people or you wish you would just shoot yourself in the leg. They are money hungry and don't leave a client alone plus threaten to suspend your account even if you made a payment. This is ********* and something needs to be done about the way that they treat their client's. I am hightly disgusted. You can go suspend my account because I just paid R580 and I don't have the double the month. You are basically expecting payment for February already and it's only the 14th of the month. Have you ever heard of anything so stupid? Let me tell you that no other company treats their client's like this. I will be paying my account up to date and CLOSING IT ASAP!
This company aught to be closed down! Firstly, I bought a Html theme which was supposed to have worked. It did not even work on Adope Dreamweaver. I could not change the pictures what so ever. The theme is the Psychic Html theme. The theme does not come with pictures, so if you can't change them then basically the theme is useless. I had a IT professional look at it and he said that they probably copied the theme from another theme and this is no doubt it does not work. Please note, that this is the SECOND time that I have bought a theme that absolutely does not work. This company just allows any Tom, **** and Harry to sell on their market place. They don't check to see if the stuff that's being sold actually works. I corresponded with the seller and told them that I was not happy. They didn't offer a refund nor tried what so ever to sort out my issue. Basically, I thought, hell, why should I pay for something that is $21 and useless to me so I requested a refund via PayPal. Little did I know that I would hence be locked out of my Envato Themeforest account. I have other downloads I have bought on there that amount to a lot of money. I won the PayPal case, this company didn't even have the decency to send feedback to PayPal so the case was awarded in my favour and I got my money back. I now contact Envato and ask them to now unblock my account and they blatantly tell me that NO, unless I pay the $21.00 then they will only unblock my account. Unreal! This company is using Mafia styled tactics on their clients and bullying them. Basically this is ***** because you have now blocked me out of my own account. I am going to contact all the people on here that have had similar issues and take this further. This company needs to be taken off the internet as they think they can do whatever they want. Where is the customer support? This basically goes against my consumer rights. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK IF A PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED BY LAW TO LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVE ME ACCESS TO ANY OF MY OTHER DOWNLOADS! When I complained, they sent me some fine print bull****. Where is this ever shown to the buying Customer? You think you can hide behind your fine print? Really? You think this is going to be your safety net in a court of law? You think because you have fineprint and your own made up rules that you can ***** clients out of their hard earned money? Oh we will see about that in a court of law. High time someone took this further with this company.

My credit was sitting at 615 and it has been sitting at that amount for like ten months without change. I wrote a letter to Experian, telling them that I had now paid up my loan at Nimble but that I did not understand how my credit score was not being improved? I included copies of my paid up letter, copies of my ID and also copies of where I live. Well suddenly my credit score shot up to a mere 618 and then guess what? A few days later it shot down to the lowest score possible. How does this happen? I feel all along that I have been untreated fairly and that I am being discriminated against. Is this a hate crime because I am white? Why should my credit score now shoot to basically zero when I have spent MONTHS trying to improve it. In the interim, I can not buy a house, I can not open any account, not a single bank account because of your unfair and unjust treatment of my credit score. You are literally keeping my life hanging on a line and this is totally unfair. When you pay off your accounts, shouldn't your score improve? Please tell me because I OWE NO ONE. I have many open accounts that I pay religiously such as my Mweb account, My daughters schooling at Impaq. In my letter I told Experian that I would have no option but to take this to a court of law and clearly that is what I will have to do because it feels like their operators or whoever is handling people's credit score is discriminating against me. I have simply had enough. I earn over 10 thousand a month. How can I have the lowest score possible? I will have to sue for this kind of ************** against me. This is totally not right at all. You are using Mafia styled principles against people here. When they complain, you put their accounts to Zero? How is this right by any standards? No! No! No! You will not continue to do this to me and to others. I will have no option but to see this in a court of law.

So after hounding and harrassing me for their last R600 that I owed them, I made a payment. I have sent numerous emails but am yet to get my paid up letter. Where is my letter? You people are quick to take your money but don't do the rest of your job properly. Must a client stand upside down on their head begging for their paid up letter when it's what is due????
I never had a problem with this company except till I owed them the last R900.00. I could not pay my account this month due to school fee commitments. I am a single mother and had to fork out 13k for my daughters enrolement. But I had thee rudest consultants call and harrass me for the last few days now even after I told them that I would be making a payment next month and paying the full amount. I even told them not to call me again but it seems that they can not even make simple notes of what the client had said, only to get very rude towards me. I'm telling you once and I am telling you nicely. I am an attorney myself. If you have to get your rude consultants to call me one more time, I will be taking this company down and sueing you for harrasment. Since when are you rude to a paying client? I have paid over R5000 rand off. NOONE has the right to harrass a person for a mere R900.00. Make sure you educate and teach your consultants on how to make simple notes and to update their systems. They block your child from the impaq portal when you are a few days late with payment. I have been a good standing client of Impaq for the last 5 yrs or so. I currently only have R545 outstanding. I have told them on NUMEROUS times that I only get paid on the 8th of every month. They will also call you up to harassed you for payment when you have told them that you can not take calls, a person is working. These people have no tact. They just will hound and chase you for every last cent. They are unable to do their jobs properly.
