Umbilo Branch, with regards to customer service , I want to do a contract cancellation but I have not received the necessary written documentation to proof that the contract has been canceled. I have called many times, but no feedback was given until now. I even sent an email but no response. Very disappointed

Extremely rude and *********** Billing Department. They refuse to take off my debit order which is my right. Capitec has said that I was to instruct them to cancel it but they refuse to. So now I am charged R86 a month which is incurring me extra costs. Their invoice's never reflect payment recieved. I have asked numerous times for a break down of costs. I basically only owe R374 for one month but now they are charging me in the excess of R1350.00. This shows that they over charge their clients. You are also made to pay over a R500 fee in November each year which is basically for their Christmas bonus. I also only wanted to sign up for a year but they now have put me down for a three year contract. I don't even own the flat that I rent from. What if I want to move? Pathetic company and extremely bad customer service. I don't reccomend this company to anyone!!!!

Cancelled with Mzansi over 2 years ago for poor response and service, useless company, lies about their response etc. 2 years later, i am receiving invoices, have asked numerous times to be removed from their system, they refuse to do so, now i am being debited for services. NO authorisation was given for Mzansi to debit my account, yet did so anyway. Can't believe a company can be so dis organised, unprofessional and SO ***********! If Mzansi can't even get something as simple as an instruction right, how can they look after someone's house?

Absolutely disgusting, have asked the technical team to please sort out my alarm, still waiting 6 months later, no response from them, promise you everything yo get you to change, never take off the debit orders on the correct dates, tried several times to speak with the manager, worse than getting through to the Kremlin. Had a call eventually from someone saying that he will get back to me with the Dbn Manager email...still waiting Absolutely useless...
