I bought a theme and was directed to buy at ThemeForest - Envato. I paid and so called got a license. My developer then tried to install the theme and was told we cant use the theme it has no license? I tried to login to my account to query this and am told Account Locked! Have you ever?! So now I have to contact their support to unlock my account - who locks people/clients accounts? Then the support email says I have to wait 4 days for it to be answered? So now I have a site thats unusable Im out of $ no license no support and losing business! Disgraceful - I would use stronger terms if I could. after much back and forth with their support was finally informed our business is no longer welcome there? Can you believe this? the email went as follows: Thanks for reaching out to our team here at Envato regarding your disabled account. We have reviewed your request against our user terms and unfortunately in this instance, as outlined in clause 55 we won’t be able to offer you our services. We appreciate that this may not be the news you were hoping for. We have refunded any recent payments that you have made or that may not have automatically been voided by the payment processor. As detailed within our user terms, if an account is disabled you will not be able to apply for a new account as unfortunately, you will no longer be welcome to use our services. This decision may also apply to any other accounts you have on other Envato sites. You can view our full terms and conditions here; https://themeforest.net/legal/market Thanks again for reaching out to us.
Hi I bought a Screen Protector protective film for my cell phone cost was $3.74 plus postage of $5 which has no bearing on the cost as far as Sars is concerned. I waited over 3 months for the item to get here. On picking up I find that customs have charged me R57? This is crazy - according to FedEx on duties: Unlike the actual devices, cellphone parts and accessories only attract VAT and no additional duty. Similar to cellphones, SARS also adds the 15% luxury item mark-up for accessories before calculating VAT, FedEx said. SO in total my item should have cost me around R10 no more, whats going on.
The company states: All our meals are carefully prepared in our own kitchens to recipes we have developed and perfected over the last 25 years. Originally quality caterers, Stogel’s airline cuisine is prepared to the same exacting standards. In our state of the art freezing plant we flash freeze our meals the moment they leave the kitchen, ensuring that they reach you in pristine condition. Whether you receive a luxury first or business class meal, a light breakfast, a snack or an economy meal, you are assured of high quality, nutritious and delicious food. That hype is untrue - My flight which lasted nearly a day so i was served 3 of the exact same meals from this company. Each consisting of a long life meal of chicken schnitzel which tasted like crumbed mush with a stringy texture. rice that was a decade old. Tuna salad - well how can you mess tuna - these guys managed - it was inedible. and to top it all a chocolate pudding that was lumpy and lacked any class. I could buy the same garbage from costco for my kids. This wasnt a meal fit for a traveler who pays 1000s of dollars and gets a meal that is 3rd rate and long life to boot. Whats this idea of long life food. If i was going on survival camp I can understand but this is a flight to overseas countries.
