Bought a lithium battery from Enway Power Solutions and dealing with Devan was an absolute pleasure. I had previously been ****med by an ************ individual and was apprehensive to try again. Underpromised and most definitely Over delivered

Customers service at its best.
If you want to get SERVICE, Enway Power Solutions is the company to deal with. Outstanding response. I place a order online at 7:30am before 8:00 I received a call of confirmation on the items I ordered, at 8:56am I received a Whatsapp from Courier Guys "Your Shipment is on its way". Wow and wow. Thank you for your excellent service.

If you want to get SERVICE, Enway Power Solutions is the company to deal with. Outstanding response. I place a order online at 7:30am before 8:00 I received a call of confirmation on the items I ordered, at 8:56am I received a Whatsapp from Courier Guys "Your Shipment is on its way". Wow and wow. Meaningless warranty claims
Don't believe the 5 star reviews as I did. When something went wrong with my battery, I was told to take it up with the manufacturer. When the manufacturer came up with a bogus reason to deny my warranty, Devan/Enway refused to make it right, left me out in the cold, and went as far as to suggest (what I will charitably describe as) 'an un ethical way' for me to get compensation for the faulty hardware instead. When I complained about this breach of ethics and poor treatment, he shut down communication. Fair weather friend-style customer service.

First time buyer review.
Enway Power Solutions, Devan and his team is the definition of above and beyond. I was a first time buyer with a lot of questions and Devan went out of his way to reassure me on every query. He and his team went out of their way to accommodate me with collection arrangements and solid advice on my system. I made use of their self collect option due to the amount of money one spends on equipment, but without a doubt I will order online from them in the future. Always followed up and I was never left hanging at any point. I would highly recommend Enway Power Solutions to anyone as the customer service and their technical knowledge is exceptional. Especially for first time buyers. Definitely the most competitive prices for excellent quality goods as well. You will get more value for your money, guaranteed.

Service with a smile!
In a world where service is a luxury you will not be disappointed with Enway. They have.literally blown my socks off with their amazing service. Placed an order online for my inverter and batteries. Spending in excess of R120k and doing an immediate clear on it was nerve-wracking but I trusted the reviews I saw on HelloPeter and paid. The inverter was couriered from JHB to CPT and arrived on Wed...and the batteries on Thursday. My electrician installed everything on Friday and Enway was there patiently helping us with the last settings and ensuring the electrician set up everything correctly. You cannot go wrong paying your hard earned cash to Enway. Best service I've had in years!
