Disappointed
I used Cape-Pools because of the good reviews found here. I am greatly disappointed. The team that did our pool are either very lazy or clueless. There is more cement in the pool - which I now need to chip away - than they used on the paving. They told me it was normal to see the fiberglass through the pool paint. Is it also normal to have sand mixed in the mosaic glue? Is it normal to glue a regulator valve into the weir? These guys are also not cheap. They charged me R9k for glue just to fix a crack! They used my tools without permission. On one occasion, I managed to stop them searching through my things looking for more equipment they could use. Cement everywhere... on my lawn, hose pipes, pool pump, and as mentioned before, inside the pool. Irvine, sorry, you dropped the ball here!

Fantastic Customer Service
These guys are brilliant! Super customer service. Definitely going out of their way to help. I bought from them on BOB, picked up a fault 7 months later, and they honoured the warranty. Unfortunately there was no stock available, so they did a full refund. Thank you Mineaway.

WOW, these guys are amazing. They called me a few times to confirm my order, delivery details etc. They did not just send emails. Super fast delivery with their own truck, not using courier services. The delivery guys were also super friendly and helpful. When offloading, they were very careful. What a pleasure! Thanks Muaaz and Shaheed

Please be aware of this company. Lionel is not trustworthy. He's had many companies and they take your money and not deliver anything.
