I have had two very bad experiences with Eparcel, and both were unacceptable. During my first order, one of my packages was sent to the wrong location while the other one was delivered correctly. Because of their mistake, I had to wait more than a week to receive my package. The manager, Karel, promised he would sort it out so that I could get it the next day and said he would call me back with a plan. He never called back and completely ignored the issue. Unfortunately, my second experience has been just as bad. I placed another order that had to go through Eparcel. On 13 March, the tracking status changed to “out for delivery” early in the morning. It is now 7 p.m., and the package still has not been delivered. I also messaged Karel again, but there has been no response. After two experiences like this, it is clear that this company has serious problems with both communication and reliability. Based on my experience, the service is extremely unprofessional and very frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend using this courier company.
