I’m going to state the fact as they are. I am not happy about the service I received I bought an IPhone 13 Pro Max, in a period of 6 months it started to heat and the battery was swollen. I then book for it at IPhone store for repair, the respond was they can not fix such phone because the serial no on the device does not match the device on hand. The serial no was saying the device is silver whilst the device was blue.
